My friends had their wedding dinner with everyone here and the food was AMAZING. The wedding menu that had been selected was the polenta, prime filet of beef and 3 different desserts. Everyone left that table full. The wine was nicely paired with the food as well. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and made my friends wedding night extremely memorable.

We were able to get right in here without a reservation which was nice! It's much bigger inside than it looks. We were seated at a cute booth but the restaurant was very expansive. Our server was very nice. I got a lobster pasta and my husband got the short rib entree. Both were good!

We could not get a reservation at Scarpetta but stopped by and got seated in the bar where we had a great meal and wonderful service. I had the and fois gras raviolis. This unusual pasta was developed at Scarpetta and has become a favorite. It was immediately at favorite of mine. We started with a great salad and a carpese. We had a generous pour of Chianti and it made a nice late meal. They had no openings for the rest of the week but offered us reserved seating in the bar which we could not take. I will return the next time we are in Las Vegas.

Amazing food and service! I got the Agnolotti which was phenomenal, and my wife got the king crab risotto which she loved! Also unexpected was the complimentary bread appetizer, which came with ciabatta, foccacia, I think sourdough, and two pieces of stromboli, as well as some eggplant, butter and olive oil. For an appetizer that would regularly cost about $15 or so in Vegas, this was unexpected and absolutely fantastic! Loved Scarpetta, I'd definitely come back!

Ambiance was beautiful, nice view of the fountains! Everything was so fresh and delicious! Service and food was exceptional! Thank you for making our first Vegas trip and anniversary one to remember!

After 4 nights in Vegas, this was the best dining experience in Las Vegas!

I recently dined at Scarpetta in Las Vegas, courtesy of a supplier, and while the atmosphere, service, cocktails, and wine selection were all fantastic, I was disappointed by the quality of the food. For starters, the octopus and oysters were highlights, although the octopus portion was quite small. However, the yellowtail crudo had a fishy taste, and the shrimp dish, while okay, felt odd with lentils as an accompaniment. For my main course, I ordered the scallops, which unfortunately were the worst I've ever had. The presentation was disappointing, and the portion size did not justify the $50 price tag. Additionally, the scallops were overly salted and chewy, leaving much to be desired in terms of taste and texture. While the overall experience at Scarpetta was pleasant, the subpar quality of the food, particularly the scallops, was a significant letdown. I hope the restaurant takes steps to improve the consistency and execution of their dishes in the future. Despite this, I would still recommend Scarpetta for its ambiance and attentive service, but would advise caution when ordering certain dishes.

The service was top notch. The food was great. Price was about what I would expect for this level of a restaurant and location. The only reason it doesn't get a 5 star is the ambiance. It gets this review a 4 star. Seemed like people were dressed a little too casual here and maybe a slight dress code should be enforced. I'm not saying this should be coat and tie by any stretch, but maybe a suggested nicer appearance. Many people in ratty jeans and T-shirts. Just took the experience down a star. Otherwise, a great meal with very attentive staff.
Be the first to ReplyExcellent service and attention.
The food was fantastic. If I'm Vegas and you are looking for high end dining, I would highly recommend Scarpetta!

We found ourselves in a bit of a bind due to a 7 pm "O" show at the Bellagio, but the tremendous service at Scarpetta (led by our expert server Mike) allowed us to proceed through dinner at the pace we needed in order to make our show. And yet, we thoroughly enjoyed (and savored) each and every dish! A wonderful experience all around and we look forward to coming back. The pasta was even better than our memory of Scarpetta's NYC location.
Be the first to ReplyFood was good.
Sat by the window and had a nice view of the bellagio water fountain which was nice. Had Caesar's salad which had good flavor, cheese and meat board was on point, lamb bolognese was good, fish was awesome, didn't have room for dessert. Cocktail was pretty good but barely tasted any alcohol. Yes I would come back

Course after course of amazing dishes, immaculate plating, amazing flavors, this place had it all. I recommend eating at the bar, but the decor and ambience throughout the restaurant was great. Dont forget dessert!

Had a chance to eat a meal at Scarlett's this week when I was in Vegas. Ended up sitting at the bar with my wife. Chris was our bartender and was outstanding. I can't say enough about his recommendations and service. The food was outstanding and the price was an unbelievable value compared to other restaurants on the Strip.

We go to Scarpetta for dinner every time we are in Las Vegas (we love it so much we've also been to their New York location). If you love good, quality Italian food and a great wine and cocktail selection, Scarpetta is the place for you. On our latest trip to Vegas we once again stopped by Scarpetta. The atmosphere is relaxed and upscale and we always love the view of the Bellagio water show from the windows of the restaurant. In addition to wine and some dirty martinis, we ordered the Calamari and Raviolo. The Calamari was perfectly crisp and we loved the lemon and basil aioli dipping sauce. The raviolo is always one of our favorites and didn't disappoint. The truffle butter sage sauce that it is drenched in is incredible. For our main course, we split two pastas - the Duck and Foie Gras Ravioli and the Pici. The ravioli is something we've ordered the past few times we have been here. It is rich, but not too rich and we love it every time. This was our first time trying the Pici, a lobster pasta with tarragon and chili pesto. This was my boyfriend's favorite dish, but for me I wasn't a huge fan of the chili pesto. We were so full after this (probably because we had oysters and beef tartare at another restaurant a few hours earlier) and didn't save room for dessert. Highly recommend this restaurant for the atmosphere, service, and amazing Italian food!
Be the first to ReplyI am not a huge pasta person.
.. I thought it would be a great spot to carbo load and drink some fine wine (for a 10k race the next day, and sleep that night :D).Instead our table got some of the best pastas I have had in my life and I have recently returned from (Campania) Italy. Flavors were great, texture was perfect, it may have been a little rich for my taste - but hell, its Vegas.Travis (and the team) was great! Definitely a spot worth a visit if you want some fine dining during your Vegas stay. Everyone was dressed so nicely and elegantly - I was in a button up shirt and wished I had a coat/suit jacket too.

Each dish was cooked to perfection, flowing with flavors that were unforgettable. The service here is great too! We came in HOT with a large group of 25 at the top of the year- celebrating a friends January birthday. According to our receipt, our servers name was Jason. He had a second server accompanying him, who's name I can't recall, but he was equally as attentive! Both of them took such good care of our table, we were never looking for our server. Our table was kept clean, our food was served in a timely matter, and our glasses were always full. I would just like to compliment the staff on their hospitality, attentiveness, and strong knowledge of the menu! Every dish was served elegantly, wonderful presentation, and announced with its full ingredient list at drop-off. This was truly a fine dining experience! The bread was fresh baked, clearly tasted like it was made from scratch, and had a heavenly texture. So unforgettable! Highly recommend their seafood dishes and pastas. This is a great date night experience in Vegas or a great place to bring friends/family!

Both were fantastic. Great service! You cannot go wrong here!

This place was amazing! For the quality of what you get, the prices are very good compared to other Italian restaurants in Las Vegas. Lamb bolognese was fabulous as well as their gnocchi. Great portions, not too big not too small. It's in the cosmo yet it's a quiet romantic feel with a nice view. The dirty martini was up there on my favorites list as well as their appetizer bread, but hard not to get full on it! The bread has cheese, salami, etc. would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a dinner spot. Next time I will have to come hungrier so I can try their dessert.

My husband and I met our sister and brother-in-law in Vegas for a quick couples get away. We had reservations for 6:30 on a Monday. My sister and her husband are very picky eaters, sticking to basically chicken or beef, regardless where we go.The restaurant was filling up quickly. Our food was amazing. The drinks are great, the chocolate martini was excellent! My brother-in-law only eats red meat, he said the beef filet was excellent and my sister said the Chicken Piccata was excellent! We will definitely be back!

I had a great experience as a local, and I'm looking forward to returning. I'm used to the nicer restaurants holding back on portions, but Scarpetta gives you big portions and amazing cuisine. The tuna tartare, the pork belly, the oysters (so freakin' good), the lobster pasta, and the salted caramel custard were all a must-try.
Be the first to ReplyFor our first night in Las Vegas I chose Scarpetta.
It seemed to check all the boxes that I was looking for. Good location/nice hotel, check.Great view, double check.Good food, check.Unique and fun place to dine, check.Veal Parmigiana! Check!Located inside the Cosmo the vibe is good here. Not too trendy or full of itself. The hostesses were kind and welcoming. I had requested a table by the window to see the wonderful view of the Bellagio Fountain show. At the time of our arrival there were no tables like that available so we oped to wait it out in the bar. Twist my arm.The bartender was friendly and very accommodating. I'm pretty easy to please when it comes to ordering at the bar. Shot of Makers Mark neat with a Peroni please. My wife likes Chardonnay. The bartender setup a little mini wine tasting for her to try to see which one she liked. Who does that? That was so nice.Bread basket was nice and the assorted dipping sauces were good. She liked the eggplant the best. We ordered the Calamari Fritti. Calabrian tomato sauce, lemon & basil aioli, crispy herbs. A half order (which they don't offer) would have been perfect. We split the Caesar Salad. Marinated white anchovies, parmesan croutons.Ordered a ice cold Vodka Martini with a lemon twist. Good : P. We had to order the Veal Chop Parmigiana to split. Tomato, burrata, basil. And a half order of the Spaghetti with tomato & basil. My taste buds were dancing on my tongue like Fred Astaire. I gnawed on the bone like Fred Flintstone. Awesome Veal Parm! The view of the Bellagio Fountains was spectacular. Could not have been better! The Queen of Reseda did not want dessert but I did. They were nice enough to do a half order of the Nutella Bomboloni for me. Nutella & pastry cream filled doughnuts, nutella ganache, banana gelato. Great dessert! This was our favorite dinner of the week in Vegas. Highly recommended, 5 Stars!
Be the first to ReplyWe chose Scarpetta for a special occasion but this
We chose Scarpetta for a special occasion but this restaurant almost ruined our night because of the underwhelming and discriminatory service. I didn't want to write this review initially but ultimately decided to write because of the discrimination we felt as a group and how disturbed each of us were even severalHours after we left the restaurant. The waiter that served us was almost offensive and clearly discriminatory. It was the feeling that each of us got almost every time the waiter came to our table to take our order. Then every table had a candle light as the restaurant is a bit dark but our waiter didn't light it even after our request. Then after we had our appetizers, the waiter asked us, "would you order anything else or is this it?" This was clearly not how the other tables were being treated around us. How can the waiter ask such a question and that too in a very offensive tone?? Lastly, we chose a special occasion and mentioned it to the restaurant. Even though other people were acknowledged for their special occasions around us, we didn't get any acknowledgements but in fact felt discriminated against. These guys just ruined a perfect night for our group!
Be the first to ReplyLuis our waiter was outstanding.
We started with beef carpaccio and snapper for our appetizers. I had the spaghetti and meatballs my husband had lamb bolognese. Both were made with homemade pasta. A place we will definitely return to. Our vi of the Bellagio fountain was great.

This place is always delightful and a gorgeous view of the Bellagio fountains, and delicious food. We started out with the calamari and bread (the citrus infused olive oil is incredible). I had the duck fois ravioli and my husband had the pork chop. They were both flavorful and made my tastebuds soar. They gave us a small complimentary chocolate dessert for our anniversary. Definitely worth going!
