Great restaurant

Disappointing
Nice setting and friendly welcome. But what followed was disappointing: starters served before the cocktails were finished, a 50-minute wait for the main course, completely disorganized service. Average food. We left before desserts to avoid the wait.
We award the highest lunch points......
We can't find anything to criticize on our next visit. Such delicious and well-crafted cuisine and selection of dishes is rare these days, and that too in a daytime bar, even for a quick lunch. Once again we say top top top!
Fine cuisine, slow service
I like to go to the day bar and I go there often - the food is varied and, in addition to the classics, there is also very fine, light cuisine. The seating is very nice and you have a great view of Maximilianstrasse. The only criticism: it always took ages for the food to come to the table. We even waited half an hour for the oysters... by then the champagne had long since been drunk. Once we waited a whole hour for the main course. That's just too long for lunch.
Extremely slow and inattentive bar staff
Stopped by for a drink before going to dinner and was friendly greeted by the hostess who placed me at the bar. The bar was a sad experience of two completely inattentive bartenders who, although one was mixing a drink, were busy talking among themselves not greeting the guest and ignoring my empty bar desk . After 15 minutes I got up and left . Not worth the while!
Delicious lunch
Beautiful, lively location in the Kempinski. Delicious lunch (confit salmon) and pleasant service were impressive. Parking is a bit difficult as the parking garage is currently being renovated.

Great atmosphere, very good food and excellent wines. Highly recommended! It's best to reserve a table as it is always busy.
Daily Dish, wonderful, and yes: good
Winter daily dish with goose leg in the Schwarzreiter day bar restaurant of the “Vier Jahreszeiten” hotel. After the excellent char fillet a few weeks ago, we were excited about the poultry: it was good, but not as good as the fish, as it was probably fried a little too long and therefore a little dry and firm. We had expected a little more “delicacy” from this down-to-earth dish, without changing the German recipe too much. The sauce would also have deserved a little more goose flavor. But we were once again happy about the wonderful bread, salad and coffee to finish. We hope for more delicious dishes at the daily dish, like we have enjoyed many times before - also because of the good service in this beautiful hotel.
Unwelcoming staff and not recommended experience
Unfortunately overall negative experience. We were greeted terribly by the dining room staff who, despite the place being half empty, made us sit at a table at the entrance to the corridor leading to the bathrooms, in front of the wardrobe closet, outside the main hall. None of the staff, unlike what they did with the other customers, asked us if we wanted to put our coats in the cloakroom. The courses (3 starters, 2 second courses and 1 dessert) were certainly of a good standard, but for what I paid (€274.80 including 3 glasses of red wine and 2 bottles of water) I demand to be welcomed with courtesy and friendliness. At the end of the courses I asked if I could have a local distillate, and I was offered a "grappa" or a "limoncello", which I obviously refused. The doubt of having been treated worse than other customers (why Italian?) certainly made me have an experience below my expectations.
Bad service
Incredibly arrogant and poorly trained service. Unfortunately, it spoils your mood. The food was OK but I still won't be returning to this restaurant

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

I had a bunch of resys and they cancelled them all and now when I get an alert and try to book it says the reservation is no longer available... has this happened to anyone else? Any recommendations on what to do?

Anyone can help with payouts, support hasn’t been helpful at all. My funds cleared and I can only retrieve $50 usd a day with a $5 fee and a % per transaction. It would take so long and so much in fees. Thanks!

I am having a tough time contacting and elucidating a response from AT Support. I had a listing at 6pm, which was a mistake as the actual listing reservation was at 11pm. This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! This is so frustrating and making me lose hope on AT. Can someone help me please?

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!

You can only deposit $50 at a time until you earn the “Sales and Low Refund Medal” I believe. Im new to this as well but the ability to deposit more money at once and increase your amount of listings comes with that medal.
