A little advice can go a long way — especially when you know where to put it.
Maybe it’s corny, but it gets the job done. 🌽
Who wants to play? I’m sharing the kind of tips that matter — reservation tips, restaurant tips, gratuity tips… and a few unsolicited ones for good measure.
So let’s get tipsy. 🍸
1️⃣ Be flexible.
Flexibility is everything — in timing and in taste. The best tables go to those who know how to bend a little. At 4 Charles Prime Rib, there are only nine tables, so early or late gets you in faster (and lunch is an underrated secret). Once you’re in, open wide for the burger and the yolk — bragging rights included no matter the time.
2️⃣ Know your seating game.
Bar or patio? The bar at L’Artusi is more social — perfect if you’d rather sit next to your date than across. At Nobu Malibu, the move is outside; we can request it on your behalf. The view does half the flirting for you.
3️⃣ Verify your profile.
It builds trust and helps us book reservations in your name instead of a placeholder.
4️⃣ If you don’t see the restaurant you’re looking for in the search bar, slide into Custom Concierge Requests — where special tables meet special requests.
✨ A few extra tips worth the wait:
– Order dessert. Endings matter — especially the sweet ones.
– Phones down, eyes up — that’s where the chemistry happens.
– Split the bottle, not the bill.
– Generosity travels — those who give freely with their wallet usually do the same with their heart… and what follows. ❤️
