A true, self contained mega resort / casino with a large restaurant collection, on site shopping, entertainment, massive casino and some of the best poker action in the country. The catch, it's not Vegas. Lack of competition keeps room prices high. It's technically in Florida. While income generated goes to the Seminole Tribal Nation, taxes go to fund... The hotel is comprised of three towers: the guitar, the high rise Hard Rock and the pool side Oasis. Opting for the Oasis tower with their significantly larger deluxe rooms. Contemporary design, with mid level furnishings and finishes all done in the typical Floridian color palate (pale wood tones, sea blue and gold). Comfortable bed. Adequate outlets for charging tech. Good sized safe. Reliable WiFi. As mentioned, room prices are high for a casino property running $500-$600/nt plus $40/nt resort fee and taxes for this room. Note: No daily housekeeping. Bizarre. Poker, very good. Dealers are competent and keep the action moving. Here for a WPT event so it is difficult to say how much action is from locals versus visitors but from the favoritism shown to certain players, the room has its local regs. Free soft drinks but not alcohol. The casino, from observation only, is huge. Lots of the latest slots with large progressive jackpots. Lots of live table games at a good mix of limits. Lots of cigarette and vape smoke. Ultimately, would I fly here for poker or to vacation if not for a major event? No. Despite all it has to offer, this isn't Vegas. Not even close.
Be the first to ReplyWe were here for a little gambling on Easter.
The casino was pretty busy but we were able to find some penny slots. I don't think they have video blackjack-that's my favorite if I'm going to gamble. We played for a couple hours and surprisingly left up $75. Parking is easy and free onsite.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is seriously suspect.
I noticed on most of the travel sites there's an interesting pattern. If there's a slightly negative review, it usually is something that is somewhat trivial about their smoking policy. Response comes in from what seems to be an AI bot with a canned ham type of general apology. And every negative review is followed by anywhere between 4-5, 9 or 10 star reviews. The exception is here on Yelp and on the BBB website where they have an F rating. My family and members and I had an awful experience here. Yes the food was good and the design is nice. But we had people knocking at our door like they were trying to get into the room in the middle of the night and calling and breathing on the line. When we called security to have this addressed; we were advised, "not to make a big deal of it because it was just kids playing." They said it wouldn't happen again but it did that very night. When we asked to change rooms that request was denied and we were gaslit. Told we were making mountains out of mole hills. The next day somebody had pushed a drawing of my aunt under the door that said we see you. This was a drawing of her standing in front of the mirror in the bathroom. Very disturbing. When we asked about that light we were told it was not a big deal. The whole experience was creepy and they didn't even take an instant report of what happened. It seems that this hotel is very aggressive with managing. It's less than stellar image. A police report should have been taken. However, that's under the jurisdiction of tribal police. And every member of the Seminole tribe gets a check from where? The Hard Rock Hotel and Casino why would they hurt their own bottom line by filing a police report that makes their hotel look like an unsafe place? The answer is they wouldn't and they didn't. Know what risks you're taking when you stay here. Don't expect the perks that you'll get from aggressive play in other casinos. That's not what they're known for here.

They sent me a postcard for 3 free nights in the hotel; but when I tried to book, it was only one night. And not free. It was $40. That's a great discount but don't tell me it's free if it isn't. I was going to take vacation from work! Oh well. Next I received an invite for a free gift plus $55 in free play. However, it turned out to be $30 free play or two ceramic bowls. I never would have made the trip for either offer. This casino is spectacular to look at but a total letdown. I should have noticed that 1,100 reviews were bad reviews.
Be the first to ReplyStayed at the guitar tower/ pool view.
beautiful rooms!! Pros: -Two pools- one on guitar side (8 am-7pm) and other by hard rock tower (more kid friendly has a slide) weekdays 12-7pm wknd 11-7 pm. -outside the guitar tower side pool- light show every night at 8 pm! -Rise kitchen- great for breakfast (open 24 hrs) -very friendly service. -free self parking at lots. Cons: -Check in is at 4 pm but state they will guarantee room by 5 pm (which is closer to when you'll get the room). -Pool food/bar service closes at 6 pm and service can be slow. -overpriced rooms. Tips: -take a pool bag & leave your luggage at the bell desk -so you can wait at the pool while your room is ready. -sign up for Unity membership card at players club and use at most restaurant/retail/casino to collect rewards. -there are 3 towers/hotels: The guitar hotel, the Oasis tower and Hard rock hotel make sure you confirm which one you are booking for.

Beware!! They'll send you free play that's only good for one day....then their system is conveniently down. Have to wait for it to be loaded manually to your card...might show up next day. Can't wait for them to destroy the Mirage volcano for a dumbass guitar in Vegas. Said no one ever.
Be the first to ReplySmoking is allowed.
Disgusting ! The non-smoking room is boring, fewer machines & can still smell smoke . I was so disappointed ! We were at Harrahs a few weeks ago & there was NO smoking at all. A pleasure compared to Hard Rock . Line to get a rewards card was so long, cashier line was long. We visited on a Friday afternoon so it was odd. The Place is gorgeous but I'll never visit again . And no complimentary cocktail while gambling. Very different from Atlantic City ( although haven't been to a casino in years !)
Be the first to ReplyGreat place for concerts.
Restaurants are ok. Big problem to get car from Valet parking, would suggest to park in self park parking to avoid 30-40 minute waiting time after concerts.
Be the first to ReplyWanted to have a good night out with friends.
There was so much smoke difficult to inhale the air. We had to keep moving since we were coughing and sneezing after a while, cigars everywhere just sitting in ashtrays smoking away. Gross ashtrays filled and machines with ashes. The Bar were cool, but drink selections were limited and very expensive. Our casino plays, not very entertaining no one had much action on anything we selected. The music playing over the loud speaker was SOO distorted and extremely loud that you could not hear the names called. That loud sound not enhance our experience in any way, more so distracted from it. The Tiny SMOKE FREE room is mainly a bar small sections of machines and high betting amounts not for us. For us hard Rock has lost its luster miss the old hard Rock casino it was magical had outdoor venue's and amazing. WE could escape the smoke in some areas. The newer hotels are attractive but pricy for the average person, so we didn't stay.

If you are looking for a night of fun and relaxation, the hard rock casino may be the place for you. There is so much for you to do here that you won't ever get bored. From the many restaurants, bars, stores and slot machines, to the shows and stores that you can go Shopping in. This is one my favorite places to go to on a Friday night when I'm just looking to unwind and have a little fun.
Be the first to ReplyI love it here I don't gamble yet it's great to visit.
The walls in the casino are filled with outfits from many talented artists. They add and change up the customs. The bow from the parking lot is amazing as you see the giant guitar.
Be the first to ReplyI never heard back from the casino after I provided them
I never heard back from the casino after I provided them all the info they requested from me when asked. They don't care! There are so many tickets available for this show @ 50.00 a ticket. Too many unsold seats.

I got 3 free nights and made the reservation for March 3-5, 2023. The Cigar and Whiskey Fest was happening. It was a fun experience. Service at check in was excellent. A friend came with me and the room we shared was fine. I was very disappointed at the huge cost for their daily parking and for the valet service. They had the pool closed, some special party for a convention, for regular guests and that was very disappointing. Drink prices at the bars were way too high. We left the hotel to go get a bottle of our favorite booze at the local liquor store instead of paying the high prices at their bars.
Be the first to ReplyGreat place to see a show and the restaurants are top notch.
But ultimately it's a casino. The slots are tighter than a newly strung fiddle and the drink prices are beyond outrageous. If you are not going to dine or see a show I would steer clear of this trap.
Be the first to ReplyI just want to vent for a moment!First dont get it
I just want to vent for a moment!First dont get it misconstrued. This is still my favorite casino, in all of Florida. Im a California transplant & very spoiled because I am the highest tier at every hotel and resort chain in the country, Ambassador Elite, Premier Gold, etc, I'm spoiled because I'm big on customer service so this review is not about the hotel or the casino. It's about the service sector, IT SUCKS!!!! This is a service industry. People are sometimes losing their lives, their shirts, their homes if they have addictions, but people like me, they just wanna go have fun I just want service. I just want service dammit.!!!!One of my favorite things in the mornings now that I'm retired from my law firm, and running my own businesses and can do whatever the hell I want I like drop my daughter off at school, my last child at home, then go straight to the casino most mornings I'm there before 8 AM and like to order coffee a water, a cup of ice & a Mimosa. I might do that until 2 PMo'clock and then I leave and go pick up my daughter at 2:45. Of course the Mamosa stop by 10 AM. Please don't get it twisted I don't drink and drive . I stopped going to Coconut Creek last year because the service was awful. They only had good service in the morning with my favorite server. My favorite server Nummi. She knew me when I was coming. I would only go when she was there in the morning because I knew I was gonna be taken care of and then I go on Saturdays in the afternoon because I knew she'd be there and I'll be taken care of and I tip my people really well because it's a customer service industry is girls put on a brave face they put on these cute little outfits no matter what kind of body image issues they may have and they go flaunt their selves around and they provide service and 80% of them do it with a smile on their face so you need to tip them and thank them, and my tip is according to hell they serve.my final straw at Coconut Creek was a night that I was there for three hours just trying to get water and it was an event night and it was a car giveaway was packed but the service was just awful and I I just wanted water and I was feeling weak. I was shaking. I kept sending people in the green jackets in the red jackets to please find a waitress. I needed water. I wasn't feeling well. My son was playing blackjack. I was too weak to even go find him. I finally called my son and told him come and get me we have to leave and a red jacket person finally went and got me a water and apologize whatever and we left and I swore I would never go back, which is a lie because I did go back, but it was very sporadic but that bothered me so much that the experience has never been the same. Then I discovered Hollywood and I fell in love and every time I went, I feel like the waitresses are so happy and they're ready to serve and they're ready to be communicative in a smile and they love their jobs and everybody at Coconut Creek act like they hate their jobs and I was so happy and it was phenomenal in the last two months have just been awful. And it looks like I have to find another casino you know and are going to start going back to Coconut Creek and seeing what happens but I this morning my frustration boiled over I went this morning with intention to play until 11 o'clock and then go to Coconut Creek and buy some gift cards because I'm having an event there this weekend, and Wanted to play there for a few hours and this morning. I came in excited and happy. I just had a great walk. I had a great time with my daughter in the car and I wanted a Mamosa, a coffee and a cup of ice ask the first waitress as soon as I walked in the door she said all I'm not your server put my light on, asked a red shirt person. She said she'd send someone my light on again asked another red person said she send someone an hour later I put my light on again. I asked another red shirt person. She said oh she didn't come I just saw pass by know she did it she said I'll get her never came. My throat was like feeling really scratchy. My lips are dry and in white witch let me know I'm dehydrated which is nobody's fault but my own but I'm like are you fucking kidding me see is the French excuse the grammar I'm sorry I'm just frustrated and I vent when I'm frustrated and this is just venting. This is just venting. I cannot pretend like I'm not going right back to Hollywood tomorrow anyway I know I have to find the time that works for me at Hollywood because it seems the mornings are just not anymore than the mornings were great for me. I love the mornings the air is clean in and it's crisp and clear and you can feel the breath. You can feel that nice cool air good air cleaning where is it's not muggy like night time so if you are a Hollywood person and you get great service at a specific time of the day please share. There's no Harrahs or Caesar's here where Im Platinum,, so I gotta find a HAPPY Medium! Recommendations?
Be the first to ReplyI really didn't get the hype of the Hard rock casino.
I came here expecting this great experience and left being underwhelmed. The casino used to have slots that mimicked Vegas " Deal or no Deal, wheel of fortune and so on" the slots now seemed to be more Asian inspired. The shops while pretty were lacking. The new hotel is beautiful, but I just don't see why spend Vegas money and not have the whole experience. I won't be back.
Be the first to ReplyThe worlds worst casino I've ever been to.
One cashier with over 2,000 people gambling. Horrible slot machines, the waitresses were great and kind but what a horrible establishment. This place makes the worst casino in Reno look like Caesar's palace. F this place and don't ever come here. Not worth it at all. Wish i could give it zero zilch stars.

Hard Rock isn't perfect but one of the coldest places to come a check out incredible music memorabilia. These items are not replica, but the real deal. This hotel casino is truly a unbelievable place. Good food, not crazy good, but good. We had great service. And just love the displays. I mean the only bad thing from my perspective is the casino has smoke everywhere. I could do without that. But come and check out the hotel shaped like a guitar and all of the personal items donated. I personally would love to stay here. We were told Jennifer Hudson was just there before we got there.
Be the first to ReplyVery nice hotel and casino.
Excellent restaurants and shops. Pools are big and awesome. Go early or you want find a seat. Staff and everyone was kind and accommodating. Highly recommend!!
Be the first to ReplyHad a great weekend at the Seminole Hard Rock.
I went to see Anita Baker and made a trip out of it. The rooms were spacious with great bathrooms. If you can stay in the guitar tower for great views! There's shopping and dining as well. The coffee shop is delicious but service was painfully slow; the divish bar by the dance club has great daily specials and music in the evening; stopped by elite($10 cover) early on A Saturday night. The club was empty, probably too early, but they played top 40s. Bae is everyone's face restaurant-- you'll want to make reservations. The pool was spacious and easy to find chairs. They have casual and more formal dining. We ordered two shots at the bar and total with automatic gratuity was $35! I stopped by for juice later and it was $5 for a small cup so I'd avoid that spot. Cocktail infused ice cream was a cool concept. There's also a party pool area much like Vegas we didn't check it out but it seemed popular. Had fun winning some at the casino as well. Great music venue. Much more and free parking!
