Superb
Excellent pasta and superb service by Sabina and Filippo! We had a wonderful experience and were impressed with the fine, authentic cuisine.
Bland disappointment
Maybe it's because I sat to eat right when the kitchen opened at 6 (don't judge, I had a long day), but the food was mediocre. The bread basket got me excited, but didn't feel all that fresh. I had the lobster tagliolini, which was confusing... The textures were great, the cook was perfect, but there was so little flavor, I genuinely began questioning if I was coming down with Covid. I tasted nothing. Not even the kick of hotness it was supposed to have (and I don't have much of a spice tolerance to begin with). The service was fantastic, can't fault the wait staff, and the place is beautiful, but the meal was just... bland.
The Serendipity experience
Came here to try out the Serendipity pop up as it had long been on my bucket list to visit in NYC. The restaurant is located within the Bulgari hotel and every single staff member was so polite and the Italian waiters were lovely and attentive. They seated us where we wanted, provided us with a bread basket that wasn't on the bar menu and engaged with us during our evening. If you do get a chance to visit, do go for the Serendipity experience. Each frozen hot chocolate is priced at £18 and suitable for 2 people to share. We tried the s'mores one and it was divine. Highly recommended!
Horrible Xmas dinner
Food was terrible for this money. Canapes , a piece of bread(not even properly toasted) with a slice of tomato and some tasteless creme. , Oyster(cannot go wrong) and not well seasoned meat. Then the carpaccio which was totally nnot seasoned with much too thick parmezan slices and really raw celeric??? you must be joking, awefull combination!!! Then pasta with lobster where the pasta was not cooked enough (to al dente) . Then the turkey with 2 dry potatoes , 5 sprouts which looked like was from the 80's as was not looking appealling on the plate(I present my food at home even better) !!! This food I eat in a normal restaurant for 50 euro for the total dinner and not expect to pay 200 for a poor menu. I could have better eat in a Michelin restaurant where they know what cooking is about!!! I never will come back here!!! Horrible Xmas dinner experience

Lovely setting but the service really is not good, I found myself a few times lifting my arm to try to get a waiters attention. Food is nice but not as good as it should be. I had arranged for my wife to have a small cake for her birthday, but they forgot, even though I had spoken to them that morning. I mentioned this on my way out and in all fairness they then gave my wife a bottle of champagne and chocolates. It's nice restaurant but not good enough
Sette....a must when you're in London!!
The restaurant is very pretty and is in a very good location. My husband and I loved our meals...wonderful assortment of breads, great starters and mains and a dessert that was downright memorable! We can't say enough about the attentive service that we received. Will definitely be returning on our next London visit!
Good brunch visit
The location is a bit dark and not much of an atmosphere for brunch but the food is excellent. The brunch menu is a prix-fixed offering with lots of options for each course. The beef tartare and the ricotta pancake were really good. The signature spaghetti with San Marzano sauce was phenomenal. Portions were generous as well. The venison fillet was exceptional.
Sunday brunch in great style
New York deco style. Superb food and perfect Sunday brunch.Relaxed but chic atmosphere with cool singer. Staff were excellent and great value, especially with the free-flow champagne. Worthwhile putting on your map. We will be back.

The food was delicious, A-game service and the staff were extraordinarily friendly. 10/10 would recommen!
A lovely classy experience
We had the weekend brunch with free flowing champagne (which was very frequently tipped up!). Fantastic service. Classy experience. Excellent food. Super ambience. Nice staff.
Lovely brunch
Nothing to fault we had an excellent time. Had late brunch on the weekend with excellent food (tartar was top notch and so were the agnolotti) as well as free flowing champagne (plenty of it). Very cozy spot with lovely music / live signing and very attentive and good service As others said this place should be busier but given its part of the Bulgari hotel tucked away inside that might not be the case. Bar filled up a bit later as this is also excellent for drinks I certainly can only recommend this place

Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Sette London at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Sette London page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* EternalAnt36, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* EternalAnt36 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to EternalAnt36 for any questions Peter may have as EternalAnt36 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* EternalAnt36 now uses their connections at Sette London to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If EternalAnt36 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, EternalAnt36 receives the $200 reward which is credited to EternalAnt36's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Sette London!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
