Dinner was amazing & our server was great!
We had an amazing time at Smith & Wollensky last night. We had the friendliest server, Ilana. The food was delicious & her recommendation to get the truffle mac n cheese was great! Me & my husband loved it & will definitely be coming
Jorge Made the Night!!
Everything was amazing, but Jorge truly made the experience. This place was one of the only ones open on Labor Day weekend. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and had perfect timing — never too much, never too little. His recommendations were spot-o
Another quality meal at S&W
Whenever possible on holiday we book a special quality family meal at S&W. Chicago, London, New York and now Boston … which did not disappoint! Great setting and considerable funds spent on the internal deco of S&W Boston allowed for ano
Awesome waterfront bar. Great martini’s and amazing steaks !
This is an amazing Boston experience. While the inside restaurant is very good, with amazing steaks and cocktails, it is the waterfront bar that is my favorite spot. The bartenders here are top notch: Gabe, Luiz, Danny and Michelle. Food is wonderf
Bone-in rib eye
Best of the 5 steakhouses I tried in Boston this week. I ordered dry aged bone-in rib eye at all restaurants. By far the best one here.
Disappointing Steak, Despite Great Service and Ambience
Visited this steak restaurant recently and had high hopes. The location is excellent, and the decor and overall ambiance are spot on—comfortable, stylish, and perfect for a nice evening out. Our waiter was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and reall
Poor
One of the worst and most overpriced restaurants I’ve ever visited. Dirty cutlery on the table. A cracked glass was used for an expensive whiskey. Meat was very low quality— I doubt the chief knows much about selecting meat, rubbery and poorly
Disapointing
We looked into several steak houses while traveling to Boston and decided to give this a try. We had several other recommendations that there were better steak houses but liked what we saw on the menu. Our order was either lost or turned in correctly
Rotten service, great food.
From the moment we arrived, the service veered between lacklustre and downright impolite. The front of house showed us to a noisy table when we asked for a quiet one and then rushed off as we explained this table would not do! The waiter looked tir
Won't Go back
The waiter talked me into ordering the 100 dollar dry aged rib eye. The suggestion was medium rare. The steak was brown on the outside and blue on the inside. I sent it back. It came back cooked a little more but tough. They are too busy to make food

We celebrated a Birthday at Smith Wollensky's hoping for a great meal seeing as there steaks are as high as 240 .00 so we were expecting the best of everything. Wellthis was not the case for me, I order Chilean sea bass which is a prime expensive pie
I have always been a fan of S&Ws.
Been to several locations and am never disappointed! Solid food solid steaks and solid service. Prices, as expected for a good steakhouse in a big city! Steaks were cooked to perfection, no seasoning needed. Apps are always amazing. Always love

Went there and I have to tell you if you are trying to impress a date that usually punches above your weight class: Smith and Wollensky will impress them into believing you making about 30k more a year than what you really do. The wait staff is truly

Last October (2022) my wife and I (we are from Ireland) visited the beautiful City of Boston for the first time . Both of us were orienting ourselves by walking around the city with no particular destination in mind and as it was mid morning we decid

Service was top notch (Megan).
Food was good and worth the tab. It takes a lot to give a 5 star review. S&W gets close, but not quite a 5. Would return. We had chowder, Caesar, and Gorgonzola filets. The sweet potato hash was the stat!

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Smith & Wollensky Boston at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Smith & Wollensky Boston page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.

Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* DazzlingStretch76, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's $200 bid.
* DazzlingStretch76 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to DazzlingStretch76 for any questions Peter may have as DazzlingStretch76 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation

4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, DazzlingStretch76 receives the $200 reward which is credited to DazzlingStretch76's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Smith & Wollensky Boston!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
