Just awful.
The food is terrible. Ordered the branzino. Watery. Flavorless full of bones. Had to send it back and order something else. Drinks sucked. How do you make a bad mule? Service was terrible. Slow and missed orders. They brought appetizers still when we were having mains. The place itself is very humdrum. Nothing original about the atmosphere. Once again hype outweighs reality.

Super limited in space and activities. A real snooze unless you have a lot of work to do during the day and need a cool place to work. Also the food is great and the service is super kind and chill, but they need a larger menu. Seriously.
Be the first to ReplyI went here for a game night event.
Overall the location was very cool and I liked the vibe. Valet parking was very convenient, as it is right next to the building. The only thing that I didn't like was that the bartenders seemed very uninterested and rude. They seemed annoyed when I asked even simple questions about pricing or ingredients in the drinks. They had made an extra drink on accident that none of us wanted, and they tried to push it on me and another girl. We said sure, we'll take it but that we didn't actually want that drink and they tried to charge us both even though we took a few sips and left it at the bar. I ended up only getting only 1 because of high pricing and the weird vibe at the game night bar area.
Be the first to ReplyMy girls & I came to the rooftop for dinner & drinks.
(This is another SOHO house, so it's members only). This location is newer & the vibe is artsy with a good mix of people. We loved it! My experience has been different at each house, but this one is a fav. Drinks were flowing, the Dj was playing afrobeats, & the vibe was just right.

Very interesting and unique experience. Like an old school feel to it. Bar and pool is on the rooftop. Ordered a mushroom pizza and a Mexican lager and matcha latte. The staff were very friendly. The pizza was absolutely delicious. Such great flavors and cooked to perfection. The Mexican lager was tasty as well. And so was the matcha latte. Highly recommend coming here if you know someone who is a member.

Yet another drink & desert combo to end my LA trip visiting friends & fam alike! Soho was one of the cutest members only I've ever been too. Definitely felt like a good friends living/dining room set up & of course we took advantage of the Photo Booth. I might see a membership in my future. I ordered the chocolate martini & it was scrumptious (like lick the glass good)

This is another Soho house located in DTLA, but has a very different vibe from the one in WeHo. It's more artsy, newer, and trendy. The view is great as you can enjoy the sunset by the pool. There are several studios and podcast rooms for creators. The bar was large, sort of open bar. Drinks were great as well. Food was also surprisingly good. When you don't expect much, you get surprises. I totally enjoyed food and drinks here. I still like the one in WeHo better, but it's just a preference. There is nothing negative to say about this one. Beautiful people and great vibe. 4 Stars.
Be the first to ReplyI love this place! It's become my second home in LA.
I chose to become a member specifically for this house because of all it has to offer. It's the largest location in the US which includes the usual Soho has to offer but also- weekly workshops in art, business, tech and fashion - they support their members businesses, holding special events and shopping fairs- friendly staff and members who make you feel welcome and want to keep coming back- organize offsite events as well- Happy hour specials and events- gym access with classes, sauna and steam room- rootop pool with restaurant access - my favorite Mediterranean restaurant outside in the courtyard Mandolin Taverna (open to public)I started out as a Soho Friend member at first, having access to Warehouse Studio events, which hold many interactive panels discussions, brunch, happy hour, musical events, art exhibitions and workshops. When I upgraded to full house membership, I now have access to all things in Studio downstairs, but also great offerings in rest of the building such as taking a boxing class at the gym, to attending a soundbath or concert on the rooftop. I highly recommend a visit. I know some folks have mentioned in reviews of service being slow, I've been going here for a few months now, and yes it can be sometimes, but it's because they're busy and it's LA. Many locations are having issues finding staff so they've had to reduce their days and hours. For a club that's open from 7am to midnight and 2am on weekends, they're doing pretty good so be patient (and kind) please.

Review is for their valet right outside -So incredibly rude! I don't know how they managed to make such a brief encounter uncomfortable but they did. I got out of my car and waited by the host stand, just standing there while the valets (who clearly saw me, made eye contact with me, & were not busy/helping other people) ignored me. When I asked if I could get my car valeted it seemed like they didn't even want to take my keys let alone help me. I was meeting a friend for lunch and told her I had parked here so she came a few minutes later and had the same rude experience. When we were done eating and went to get our keys/pay, they were super rude again and cut us off when we asked a question.

WOW the valet service here is impressively rude! I have never met a more rude valet (guy with the bandaid on his nose) in my entire life. Worst valet experience ever. He must really hate his job!
Be the first to ReplyThis was my first time having been to the Soho Warehouse
This was my first time having been to the Soho Warehouse and it was gorgeous! I came to grab a bite and meet some friends to catch up after some years. The ambience was great and the service was incredible. Our servers were sweet, helped with recommendations, were honest, and never failed to assist us at any open opportunity. I, unfortunately, didn't snap a picture of my food but had a delicious pizza! Although you need a membership to enter, definitely worth it if you see yourself becoming a regular. Definitely see myself coming back here. Thank you, Soho Warehouse!
Be the first to ReplyI always enjoy my time here at Soho warehouse.
I get the poke salad for lunch and it's very filling with the veggies, rice, and salmon. The sauce that it comes with is damn delicious. You'll want to get here early before your reservation for the pool. It gets packed quickly, and the good spots will get taken asap! You'll want to get a spot on the lower deck, it has a great view of the city skyline and it has umbrellas you can open up when it gets too hot. The cabana was nice to relax on for a bit, but it got wayyy too hot. They took the top covers off - not sure why, but that convinced me that I'll just need to find a spot on the lower deck.

I was a guest of my friend, a SOHO member who was visiting LA. We went there on a weekend for brunch and watch a band perform. Brunch was really mediocre but it was the overall service that was awful. Our waiter was rude and arrogant. We went up to the pool floor to check it out, and the hostess behind the stand was really snotty. Such attitude. We were really taken aback by all of this. My friend asked me if this is how things were done in LA. This place is an embarrassment. I've been to the WeHo and other SOHO houses internationally and they've always had good staff and service. The manager should wake up from his/her slumber and do some cleaning up or else be replaced.

Seems like anyone and everyone gets into this once exclusive and semi discerning club.
Be the first to ReplyI went as guest.
I won't make that mistake again.45 minute for two drinks, really.Food is not worth a picture nor is the venue
Be the first to ReplyCool rooftop lovely people who dress nice.
Pool. Vibes. Food is expensive and drinks are too. Membership required. Helps if you're a model or famous person, like me. It's like if Chef Boyardee was good!

Great food, great rooftop & pool, great people, great art!!! I love just hanging out here & the rooms are beautiful too.

I took some time before i decided to write this review because i wanted to see how SOHO warehouse is. I've been to the one in London and had an awesome experience at the invitation of a friend and when opportunities presented itself for me and my career I thought that id definitely join in LA.I write this with a heavy heart because it sucks right you finally get to a certain level as a "minority" right you get to peak behind the curtain and treat yourself right and enjoy service at the highest capacity. The membership fee alone makes you feel like you're paying to be part of something elite, exclusive and private. By elite i mean from the moment you park you car till you check out the level of professionalism would at least be 4 star.Being in this industry "entertainment" we've all had jobs as host waiters busses dishwashers valet. I mean the lucky among us. I honestly felt my experience behind the line of customer service taught me so much about what we do and what we can do for people. I also saw the ugly side at the highest echelon of how selective we can be on who we decide to give this elite exclusive pristine service and to be honest its never the ones that look like you and me. I've watched managers pass that buck off when dealing with such clients claiming for them to be causing a raucous or difficult. Thankfully i was able to leave such and establishment and succeed in my/our dream right. So what/how does any new money minority do they start buying into the places they were never welcomed into in the first place.Thats how i shall begin to detail why save your money till Beyonce Adele or John Leguizamo turns the 40/40 or something where it's open to everybody but majority black and brown go there because its run by some classy individuals. Because like any franchise after it leaves its original birth place for some reason it doesn't transfer which is a shame for originator Nick Jones because he really created something special. But in america where RACE will always determine your CLASS of treatment you will receive no matter your financial situation SOHO downtown is the epitome of disgust. 3/20/2022My sister being a member took me her baby and husband to soho house for a Sunday hang. New parents don't get out much and this was a risky move during nap time. But we wanted a nice day to celebrate my new success and her husbands successful season and we got a baby now. She being a London native absolutely loves the club back there took us all out. We arrive around noonish valet comes doesn't open the door we open it ourselves. We are unpacking a car, Im swinging around helping sis get the baby the dad is getting the diaper bags the bottles. Im making sure i got the sun tan lotion and baby wipes and the heavy stroller. We post up doing the soft check making sure we got everything and my bro leaves his keys in the car. The valet doesn't even ask to assist with the unload, do we need anything just hops in the car and goes. Weird in my mind but i have to drop my 5 star back ground and think well not everywhere is like the such and such seasons. So we enter we are greeted by the host who was one of 3 only bright spots in this entire experience and you guessed it she's black. No more than 2 mins from the greet the valet rushes in with my laptop he has the fear of god on him. Im wondering how and why does he have my laptop in my his hand and says "sir your laptop was on the hood of the car(the laptop is black MAcbook Pro 13inch with a black hard case) The car is a White Jeep Cherokee) as i was driving the laptop fell of the car. Now i pause i need that for my job, i came here to write and chill and thats the last thing i expected or wanted to hear.I dare not take the laptop from the man and i say wait what happen, he re explains and tries to hand it to me i said no im sorry the last time that item was in my possession it was intact im afraid to touch it now. He looks at me and then the white man next to the black host and the host says im scared i say of course thats an expensive laptop im afraid to open it because i know ill be upset and going to want to understand the order of procedure that my laptop which should be in my bag ended up not in the bag in the car but on the outside on the ground. Valet stands there and then gives the laptop to the host to open it. Relief the laptop is fine. Flash forward 45 mins in after we get up there find a spot by the pool lay the baby down take our seats and crack open my laptop start typing keys and a server tells me hey you have to type in the lounge not the pool i apologize. its a beautiful day out who doesn't write by the pool ok weird rule but i also understood ah privacy exclusivity. I reach to power off my laptop and there it is what we feared all the cracks over the laptop. I show the server hes immediately remorseful empathetic and apologetic when i tell him the simple situation . He says wait right here. stay tuned.

Be the first to ReplyA review of the restaurant on the pool level.
We were a group of five so it took us a little time to find a table that could accommodate all of us. Some of the food was pretty good! The guacamole was better than most places, and I enjoyed the taro chips. The cauliflower was the other standout, and came with a yummy purée. The pizza was just okay as were the meatballs, which were a bit dry and bland. Some servers here were better than others. The view could have been better but hey, remember what part of downtown you're in.
