Oh where do I start: Hotel was old with what looks like secondhand furniture inherited from the Courtyard by Marriott. Breakfast was overpriced and sandwich was cold. I spent just about $20 for tea and a breakfast sandwich that should've been hot. The pool was not working during my stay. Hallway smells funny Elevators were dirty and signage was peeling Stayed for five nights and there was no housekeeping unless you requested it the night before and even then that was not a guaranteed Also I am currently in a billing dispute with this hotel as they charged me $50 without notification or authorization. When I called to inquire what the $50 charge was for because I did not use any incidentals, I was advised that there were stains on the sheets. I wear make up and sometimes make up remover does not all come off and sometimes will land on bedding or pillows. I've never heard of a hotel charging someone for make up stains on the bedding. I've left messages for someone from Management to call me back to discuss and no one has returned my call. This property is in poor condition and not worth staying. I am truly baffled that they would charge me for make up stains considering they only clean the room after seven days or upon check out. This is the absolute worst Sonesta property I've ever visited.
