We came here for the first time for dinner to celebrate my friend's birthday. I was surprised they are not that busy. We were greeted right away and sat at our table. It took awhile before we got our drink order in or acknowledged by the serving staff. Love the vibe of the restaurant with a lot of photo ops. We skipped appetizers and went straight into ordering the entree and sides, hope we have room for dessert. I got the STK Steakhouse's NY Strip, we shared the Creamed Spinach and Mac & Cheese with Bacon. The food was amazing. We saved enough room for the Warm Chocolate Chip Cookie served with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce. It was not that busy so we should have had to ask for refills, getting their attention for sauces, and try to order dessert. Our server was no where to be found, we had to grab the attention of anyone that walked by.
First time visit to STK (2/15/25).
We sat outside on the rooftop for dinner and had an amazing night view of the plaza. Dani was our server. We ordered the filet with garlic mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts. While we waited for our food, we had the pull apart bread. It had a rich buttery softness, and was so good. My drink for starters, I ordered an Espresso Martini. It wasn't great. For STK I expected better but recently learned they use a premix. I know this had nothing to do with Dani, she was just delivering my order. She was so kind and quickly offered to get me a new one to my like-ing. The replacement drink was much better, but was definitely missing the foamy layer. Our food arrived shortly after and it was amazing (chef's kiss). Our overall experience was great thanks to Dani. We gave her a 10/10.
STK is a big no for us.
Not worth the hype. Don't even get me started on the rude hosts who had no care of helping us find our table upstairs- but definitely wanted to help the others... She literally passed us showing them as we struggled to find our way. The only cool part was when they came around with complimentary "shots" which was mostly mixer- but that's fine. That got the atmosphere pumped. But then the majority of the food was underwhelming. Pass on the seafood tower- get the crab cakes tho! And leave out the apple pie(pictured). Definitely did not match the price for THAT. *We let our waitress know about the apple pie as well bc it was just ridiculous. Price is never an issue when we go to steakhouses- but if you want to spend a little more and get an overall better experience go to Bourbon & Bone. Love that place!

The happy hour is such a bargain (especially for Scottsdale)! I sat at the bar with two friends and feel like the staff was super attentive to our needs despite it being a busy Friday. Really tasty appetizers and good sized portions for the price. The cocktails were also really good and I didn't feel like they skimped on the alcohol. Place inside is pretty. Would definitely come back for happy hour, but might be too pricey otherwise.

STK Scottsdale Review - A Complete Disgrace to Fine Dining As a restaurant manager in the service industry, I have never experienced such blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and accountability as I have with STK Scottsdale. My husband, a frequent patron who brings clients here for business, and I ordered an expensive meal through DoorDash on Christmas Day, only to receive a severely undercooked, inedible steak--a shocking failure from a so-called 'high-end' steakhouse. We immediately called STK, and they acknowledged the issue and assured us we would receive a refund. Trusting their word, we waited, only to be strung along for months. Now, they refuse to take responsibility and have passed the blame onto DoorDash, who also refuses to make it right. This is not just poor customer service--it is fraudulent and deceptive business practice. For a restaurant that markets itself as luxury dining, this level of negligence and dishonesty is appalling. If this is how STK handles an issue when something goes wrong, why would anyone spend their hard-earned money here? The complete lack of integrity from both the restaurant and corporate is unacceptable. To STK Corporate: Fix this. You have lost not only loyal customers but also potential business clients who will now be taken elsewhere. If this is how you treat paying guests, it's only a matter of time before word spreads further. We will ensure it does.

He was very attentive and informative. My husband and I have eaten here before, but tonight we brought our daughters for the first time. We all loved our food, it was delicious and perfectly portioned. The modern and classy decor and music created such an intimate setting. We will be back. Nicole R. Loved loved this place the first few times I came a couple years ago so I was so excited for my husband to try it. I always loved the vibe with the live DJ and the music. It was literally my favorite and I couldn't wait for him to try it! The experience started with us being taken an hour and 15 minutes after our 7:30pm reservation. We were standing the whole time because there is no where to sit, the bar was packed. The food is good, but now that there are so many other high end steak houses in the Phoenix area this one has dropped to maybe #5 or #6 on my list. They have to step their game up to compete, both on their menu and the quality of the service. When you are paying $200-$300 a meal you have to experience it through the service and the food. I had been hyping it up to my husband, so I was bummed out for sure. I have only ever ordered a filet from here in the past but since it was my husbands first time, the server recommended the porterhouse which I would never do again, it was just not a great first impression at all, super basic and chewy even with the truffle butter we ordered and the rosemary steak sauce. The steak was just okay even cooked medium. Our server was good, he was attentive and checked in on us often. They brought us each a glass of wine for our anniversary, I had put it down on our Open Table reservation which was so kind of them and made the experience a little better. The hostesses lacked kindness and customer service skills, they had the worst customer service I was honestly so surprised by their attitudes. Unfortunately, I am not able to say we will be back to what used to be my favorite higher end steakhouse.

Friends were looking for a good steak joint and happened upon STK. The atmosphere has a club vibe to it, which I don’t mind at all just didn’t expect to see a DJ. We were sat right next to the DJ so it was a bit loud. They were out of all Cabernets so settled on a Malbec. Server never brought bread to the table and had to ask for it. For the prices, we expected to have better service. It was lent so I ordered a Sea Bass entree which was extremely fishy, but I wasn’t going to complain. My friend complained for me since I only took 2 bites of the fish. The manager never came over which surprised me. The server tried to get me to order something else but I was just done after this. She surprised me with hamburger sliders…. After I ordered a fish dish on a Friday. Everyone seemed to enjoy their steaks and the sides were excellent. The bar back was amazing! He was the nicest person working in the restaurant and thought he deserves a shot out!

Have you seen the outrageous prices?Examples are $27 caesar salad and $20 tater tots. Yes, they are good, but that is ridiculous, IMO. Nope, had to walk away. Lunch was reasonable, but it is no longer an option. The restaurant now opens at 2:30 with dinner prices. Oh well!!
If you want a good steak in Scottsdale, look elsewhere
The one cardinal sin that a steakhouse can commit is to deliver a steak that’s raw. I don’t mean we got them slightly underdone when we wanted medium or medium rare. I mean we cut into our steaks and the middle was COLD and raw. I get it though, sometimes mistakes are made in the kitchen, and I’m not normally one to complain. But, these steaks weren’t edible. So, very politely we told our server and she was apologetic and took the steaks back to the kitchen saying that they were going to fix things for us. When the runners returned with our steaks, they were the same steaks that we had returned, just that they had been put back on the grill. So, now they were dry and overcooked. Look, when you are paying $60+ per steak, you refire the steaks when you’ve made a mistake. So, we ate what we had in front of us. When the server returned a while later, still apologizing, and asked how things were, I let her know that we were a little surprised that they didn’t make new steaks for us. At this point she offered to get new steaks, but we were already halfway done and frankly, just wanted to leave. So, we politely declined and finished our meals. When the server returned later with our bill, she noted that she spoke with her manager and they were willing to take off one appetizer and a couple of diet cokes that we ordered. Even ignoring the steak fiasco, apart from the house bread (which was delicious), the food was meh and overpriced. If you’re looking for steak in Scottsdale, you can do MUCH better…
Dinner with family on Holiday Weekend
It's a great place to take friends and family out for dinner. The atmosphere is nice, and since it's located in Old Town, parking and walking to the restaurant is convenient. The bread and Brussels sprouts were fantastic. However, I was disappointed to find that the restaurant was out of many bottles on their wine list. The service was friendly, but it was also a bit slow.

Situated in hip old town Scottsdale, STK is a change of pace from many of the traditional more formal steakhouses. The bar is in the middle of the restaurant, along with a large Red Bull statue, moderately loud music and chatter, giving a slightly more LosAngeles than the traditional sedate Scottsdale feel. The feel is less formal, and football games are playing on large screen TV in the central bar. The Caesar salad was good but not great or unique. Not overly salty, but lettuce a little soggy. The house bread was slathered in special chive butter. The bread itself good, but we would have preferred to add any butter to our own taste. The steaks (filet and ribeye) were excellent - cooked perfectly to order, with a slight delicious chewy char on outside, but very tender and juicy inside. The red wine sauce was a nice touch, on the side. The garlic mash was very good, with bread crumb crusting on top. The asparagus were a little crunchy. The cheesecake was top notch. Great variety of wines and mixed drinks. Service was friendly and prompt. Prices on the higher end of spectrum, particularly given the less formal feel, but not surprising given location.

We celebrated my daughters 21st birthday and our server K.O. Made it very special!! Food was great, birthday shots and sparklers were a surprising and fun added bonus and dessert too!! The restaurant is beautiful and the service was really good! Ask for K.O. And you won’t be disappointed!!
Fabulous service, Welcoming Staff
Upscale, cozy restaurant, located in the heart of Scottsdale. Amazing service from Andrew at the bar/lounge! I came in for a cert and stayed for wine. He is so hospitable and the wine list by the glass is amazing. I was here for a gift, and on my way out, and Andrew invited me to have a cool glass of water, and look at their extensive menu. Sold. I stayed! They have an extensive happy hour if you want something more casual. There is a late night happy hour Sunday through Thursday from 9 PM to close, with very high-end glasses of wine and amazing appetizers from three dollars to nine dollars. Imagine Dom Perrion by the glass, very impressive! The restaurant is immaculate and modern, and beautiful. The staff is very welcoming and if you need a gift, they are very nice and helpful in providing beautiful packaging for gift cards.

19.24. This was the first time we had been to STK and had heard that it was a modern enviornment with good food so we were excited to try it. When we arrived, we were greeted nicely, and the server was quick to wish me a happy birthday. We asked for recommendations and ended up ordering the NY Strip Oscar Style and he talked us into the Del Monico Ribeye. With the price of each (over $100 each) we had high expectations for an incredible meal. Unfortunately, the steaks fell short. The Del Monico ribeye, while mostly tender, just didn't have amazing flavor. Similarly, the oscar strip was very tough for the most part and again just didn't really have a rich flavor profile. We were expected to be wowed every bite, and we were just extremely disappointed. The fries were amazing and the old fashioned was good. We were also disappointed that we had to box our own food and that nothing was done for a birthday. I usually wouldn't complain, but for spending over $300, our expectations were very high and our whole experience just fell short and wanted to share. We decided to leave and go somewhere else for desert since the food wasn't anything great.

The staff is always friendly, professional and incredibly attentive and the food is always perfect. The craft cocktails are among the best around. The bread service is to die for... truly phenomenal experience that starts out your meal by setting a high bar. I usually get the surf and turf (filet mignon with lobster tail) with a bearnaise accompaniment and a side of mashed potatoes. Simple, yes. But oh so decadent and comforting. Every savory bite lures me deeper and deeper into a state of bliss and satisfaction. Make no mistake, a dinner date here is expensive. But unlike some other places, I get the sense that the staff is well aware of the fact that some of us have saved up to come here and treat our loved one to a special meal and they go out of their way to make you feel like you belong and ensure your taste buds experience something special. From the wait staff, to the bartender, to the kitchen... the crew fires on all cylinders to deliver perfection.

I have been to many steakhouses, and as a point of reference I eat out a lot on Philly, NYC and DC. The food here was fine but overpriced. $71 for a 14 strip that was just ok was not, OK. I got a side of asparagus for $19. Again was OK but nothing special. Beer selection was also very poor. There are probably better places in Scottsdale.

My family and I came to STK to celebrate my little sister graduating college. Our server was Tiera and she was SUPERB! She was so kind, so helpful, and downright an amazing server! We will definitely be back!
Steak perfect temp and flavor topped with addictive garlic herb butter & incred. sides
STK offers an exceptional dining experience where everything is so "well done," though not the steaks; their award-winning steaks are flawlessly seared and rested to a juicy medium-rare perfection that "melts like butter" in your mouth and is TOPPED with their signature melting BUTTER (garlic herbed) torched at the table. (So good that I actually ate one whole; I know, right?!) The flavor combinations in their dishes just make them more delicious and memorable compared to other steak restaurants. Even the Baby Gem Caesar salad was a standout with a perfectly balanced delectable emulsion. The basil calamari, crispy and flavorful, pairs perfectly with its Asian chili sauce and garlic lime aioli (which is to die for). Now lets talk about their amazing side dishes which are served piping hot in cute cast iron casseroles. The mashed potatoes are a must! They're velvety smooth, taste like buttery cream, and have a crispy Parmesan top crust that always leave me craving more. The macaroni and white cheese casserole is incredibly creamy! Everyone I know loves this side dish. And the Bacon Brussels are better than the basic balsamic Brussels that I've had elsewhere. Their cider glaze makes them more flavorful on the inside, and they are better crisped on the outside. And you don't have to be a steak lover to love STK. The free-range chicken with confit garlic and toasted mustard seed jus was fall-off-the-bone tender. I also tried the Halibut (it was very juicy and flaky) because it was a part of the steak and chicken board that was shared by our table. Check out the stunning photo. STK truly excels in every aspect, from its ambiance and service to the masterful sauces & exceptional dishes, making it a top choice for a fine dinig experience and memorable night out. Be sure to make reservations well in advance, as the restaurant is always bustling with a waitlist.
Hands down the best Happy Hour in Town.
The food was well executed and burst of flavor. The spiced watermelon drink was perfectly shaken. Upon entry the host were very welcoming we were seated immediately and the wait staff were very attentive. The decor, lighting and overall ambiance was just right.

I can only judge one entree so I'll give 2 stars. Had the filet and lobster. The filet was cold and lacked flavor and the lobster was cold and served with cold unclarified butter. Very poor. A filet at Texas Roadhouse is 100% better. The pork appetizer was pathetic, tough and terrible and $30. I will never be back it was really comically bad for the price.

Came here for happy hour on Saturday around 3:45pm with 3 others. We sat in the STK rooftop area. It was pretty empty up there with only a few other tables taken at the time. I'm not sure if it was busy downstairs or not. Service was quick! Our waitress was friendly, knowledgeable and made some good recommendations as well. Everything on the HH menu is either $3, $6 or $9 except for the surf & turf which is $19. All cocktails are $9 (normally $22) as well! Pretty good deal, imo. I ordered the Guava Berry Kiss (subbed rum for the gin), Sweet Berry Dreams, 3 oysters ($3 each), wagyu taco ($9 each), wagyu meatballs ($6) and jalapeño pickled shrimp cocktail ($9 for two). Also tasted the short rib quesadilla as well. You can choose from either east coast or west coast oysters. I chose east coast. They were a good size and they were fresh! Wish I had ordered more of them!! The wagyu meatballs weren't bad. Shrimps were large. The wagyu tacos tasted good but they were tiny! For $9, we wished the tacos were a bit larger or came with more than one per order. We also wished there were more shrimps in an order as well. The short rib quesadilla was pretty tasty and was reasonably priced ($6). Everything else seemed reasonably priced as well. I would definitely come back again for drinks and oysters!
I absolutely love STK.
The service team is always fun and friendly. The music is super hip. Today we had a party of 8 and got in and out in 90 minutes. That's great! The check-in team was quick to find our reservation and seat us. Jordan was very attentive and had a witty sense of humor. He was amazing at relating with everyone at the table. The general manager, Gordon, was also a fun gentlemen who checked in with our table and the table next to us. We had another birthday coincidentally sitting next to us. They too seemed to be having a wonderful time! We love the atmosphere, team and food here. And about the food, well, with 8 people, we ordered the whole menu more or less from appetizers, to brunch to steaks. Not one complaint. All raving about their food. Actually, we only had 1 person with left overs. It's Sunday, so DT Scottsdale is super busy. STK handled a party of 8 seamlessly. We had a blast for my son's 26th birthday. Thank you!

My experience at this restaurant was for only cocktails soon after happy hour ended. Our party of four people planned to have dinner as well. We were seated on the patio. We ordered expresso martinis. Much to our surprise they were served to us in "small" champagne cocktail glasses instead of larger appropriate martini glasses. The pour was a total rip off for the plus $20 price. We complained to the server, who went back to the bartender to discuss. She came back and told us the pour size is the same for both glass styles .... And the bartender offered no switch to what we preferred. Absolutely NO concern to satisfy the customer! The restaurant manager should have been involved, but was not. By the way, I have looked at STK pictures of their Expresso Martinis on YELP, both professional images and customer shots and they all show the drink in Martini glasses. We decided to order no more drinks and no dinner. We left immediately there after, very disappointed with this restaurant. They use an electronic tablet at table side for bill paying. I requested on the pad for my receipt to be texted to me. The receipt was never received at all. I suggest getting some soft-back cushions on the very uncomfortable metal patio chairs too. Overall, it was an expensive and very bad experience for starting the evening in this restaurant.

Bad Service, Bad Food
We went to this restaurant for Thanksgiving and the rooftop is really nice, but not the food or the service. The waitress was not friendly, we ordered for the kids the Thanksgiving Special of course turkey, cranberry salad, etc. the presentation of the plate was not good all mixed up together and the turkey was completely hard like a rock from the inside and outside so hard to even slice it, the Cowgirl Ribeye was dry and hard to eat, they didn’t have the ribeye that I wanted, I asked for a cranberry vodka drink and they didn’t have Blue Absolut, the drink they gave me with other vodka was horrible, of course we didn’t try dessert. We are not coming back to this restaurant again.

The destination is first class. Beautiful rooftop patio on a warm Arizona evening. We were a group of 12 on a boy's weekend. For those of us that had steak, it was excellent. For the price point, the quantity of food and level of service were lacking. Our waitress was serving several tables and didn't provide the attention we should have received. In this case, we were underserved. By time we were offered a second drink, we were all but finished our dinner. I had the sea bass - it couldn't have been more than 2 or 3 ounces, served on what was maybe one piece of bok choy. I regret not having taken a picture. The seafood platter failed to deliver given the $200+ price for 4 people. Other than the rooftop patio, we were able to find a superior steakhouse during our stay to make up for this mistake. One and out, never to return!
Best Girls Night Ever!
Brought our friends out that just moved here from California and Had an amazing girls night out celebrating 2 girls birthdays. The place is awesome with a DJ and modern decor! The staff was great! Kenny the manager was awesome and had Amelia was a fantastic server! The food was delicious! Even the hostess was sweet and took pictures for us! Can't wait to come back!

High energy music and a great atmosphere. Food…. Ot so great. Steaks were just ok and side dishes (mushroom confit and creamed spinach) were inedible. No on par with other steakhouse options and waaaay overpriced. Skip the food and enjoy drinks instead.
Loud , overpriced , not my jam
I would say first of all it seems like you either love this place or it’s not for you! Doesn’t seem like much of a middle ground. The place is first off super loud which is strange in a supposed classier place. Feels nightclub ish while you eat a steak. The food is actually pretty tasty however it comes at a pretty expensive price. The steaks we all got were delicious for sure. The sides and appys are hit or miss. $24-30 salads and $19 sides …choose wisely - the calamari is small dish and basic , asparagus is basic , the Brussels sprouts were actually good but how many of those can you eat anyways. I would say everyone had a good time and the service was attentive and good. The thing is it wasn’t for me …lots of money for a meal you could easily get anywhere you spin the wheel.

Amazing Service
If you travel to Scottsdale, AZ STK is a must stop destination! We decided to go to STK for the first time for our wedding anniversary and it was the best decision! Jared was our waitor and from start to finish he made the experience so special. He took time to educate us on the menu and knew even the origins of where things like the cows are raised and what different types of butter complement each cut and the perfect wine to pair. Everyone was so friendly and personable which is hard to come by now and days. We will DEFINITELY be back to STK and to make sure Jared is our server!!!

2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* MaternalRecord73, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* MaternalRecord73 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to MaternalRecord73 for any questions Peter may have as MaternalRecord73 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* MaternalRecord73 now uses their connections at STK Steakhouse Scottsdale to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If MaternalRecord73 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, MaternalRecord73 receives the $200 reward which is credited to MaternalRecord73's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at STK Steakhouse Scottsdale!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
