Pizza and Pasta
This Italian place is really nice; it’s on the 2nd floor. Great customer service, and the food is delicious. I just didn’t like the tiramisu; it was not that great. I couldn’t taste the espresso. There’s parking on the back of the building; the entrance to parking is right next to the building and is only accessible through 400 South.

Stopped at Stoneground for an early dinner with friends on a recent ski trip. The restaurant is a nicely decorated, upstairs location near downtown. We were seated promptly at the time of our reservation, and our waiter was friendly and attentive. We shared several appetizers, which were excellent (very fresh salad and the polenta tots were noteworthy). I had the Pappardelle al Ragu di Agnello which was outstanding, and several others had pizzas which they all enjoyed. We will definitely be back!

Uber Eats delivery to Little America Hotel... Entrees came without utensils, napkins, anything. A lasagna isn't a finger food. Ate our dinner using folded coffee cup lids as spoons, and toilet paper for napkins. The food was good, though, the house lasagna and bolognese, but not great, and not worth nearly $30 each. Entrees should have been priced in the $15 range each. Would have given three to four stars had they realized that hotel travelers don't generally pack dinnerware.

We saw amazing reviews for this restaurant and they were spot on! If you want a dining experience with elegance and ambience then you must come here. We loved the lobster and Chardonnay cream sauce along with an amazing glass of Pinot Noir. You must enjoy the donuts for dessert. Great service and amazing food.

Last minute walk in, recommended by Time Out magazine. Wednesday early evening, was busy with lots of atmosphere. Very pleasant and efficient waitress, and good food. Will definitely return before we leave Salt Lake City to try their pizza.

Bad Italian joke!! Food here is ridiculous. Limp fruit and tasteless meats on the charcuterie board. Raw pizza tomato sauce from a can whole garlic cloves thrown on top. Thick overcooked noodles with heavy greasy sausage for Bolognese sauce. Lasagna swimming in a soup bowl of thin sauce that you eat with a spoon. Uggggg!!! The ambiance of screaming loud, drinking 30 year olds. The owner seriously needs to go to Italy at least once in his life so that he realizes what a disaster his food is. Avoid at all cost unless you want to get drunk and scream while eating horrible Italian food.

Loved this place! So beautiful and cozy. Loved all of our food and great service from Hannah. Definitely coming back on our next trip to SLC.
Be the first to ReplyStill very good
went back again last night after a time away. Food was still very good and our server, Hannah, was perfect. She did a great job with a great personality. My food was the same continued very good Lasagne and desert. The inside was festive. I have to go back more often.

A beautiful restaurant with excellent food! The menu has just the right amount of options, not overwhelming. The Pasta is a must! Had the Bolognese and was more than happy with it. The staff was great, too. Would definitely eat here again!

I forgot how great this place is! Ambiance, house salad is awesome, lasagna was great. McKenna was great as the server. Try the patio.

Went here for a birthday dinner for my college-age son, on the recommendation of some of his friends. Everything we ordered tasted wonderful, from the bruschetta to the budino for dessert. But be warned this place is popular. We had no reservation on a Saturday and sat at the wine bar because no tables were available until 9 PM. The service was still great at the wine bar.

We had good drinks, unusually delicious salads, great pasta, and very good tiramisu. The bartender was our server, and he could not have been nicer.

Dinner on Sunday at Stoneground will leave you satiated with their offering of eight different Artisan pizzas, salad and a small bowl of pasta. All you can eat pizza is the draw to Sunday Supper. The pieces are small and plentiful. From pepperoni and sausage to creamy tomato with mozzarella you are certain to be satisfied. Stoneground has a full bar as well as wine, beer and soft drinks. Whether you eat inside or on the patio with misters, the casual atmosphere, excellent staff and amazing pizza will ensure a pleasurable dining experience.
