Used to love the food until I got food poisoning the other day and was puking until orange bile came out over 24 hours non stop

The food is very delicious, however the wait time for your food is really high, 30 minutes waiting for the first order and 30 more waiting for the 2nd order. The wait time is really excessive when you're paying $25 a person.
yes they have AYCE Japanese sushi.
yes from the outside it doesn't look like much. But for Albuquerque it is the best sushi I have found and for only $26.99 per person. Our family usually finishes off 20-25 rolls per visit and they never complain. They offer several variations on New Mexico food like the Albuquerque roll. My 8 year old daughter even loves this place and eats the heck out of the salmon.
This place is a hidden gem.
if you like sushi, it's hard to beat the all you can eat and everything is fresh and wonderful. It's a little bit off the beaten path, but worth the drive.
The fish tasted like nothing.
Was not very rememberable and I haven't been back since.
the food is decent.
lots of rice though. even the sashimi they add rice not like the pictures, i consider that false advertising. also forget about the yelp free beer, they gave it to me but after a lot of hesitation and refusing. confused, but it looks like they did give me the eel and row without rice when i asked for it to be served without rice. not sure if that was just to make me happy or what
Service was good, food was fair.
All you can eat special is a lot of food. Edible, but not remarkable. A spot for hungry college students.
I hadn't been to this place in years and decided to return.
The only reason I hadn't been back is that I moved out of Albuquerque. My absence from this restaurant has nothing to do with the restaurant. It was as good as I remember. The building is in an old strip mall and is a little dated. However, this is a non-issue if you want all you can eat sushi at a low price. This place does deliver on value. The sushi is really good and high-quality. There is a decent selection on the all you can eat deal. There are beer and desert options for an additional charge. The service was quick. I try to stay out of Albuquerque, but if I'm in the area, this place is definitely a restaurant I wouldn't mind returning to.
Worth a visit
Fabulous sushi - reasonable prices. Good service. Staff knows what they are doing and do it well. Enjoyed the meal.
Love the all you can eat sushi.
Friendly service, venue was very clean and the bathrooms were too.

Got all you can eat sushi, and the kids deal was very cheap, only 13 dollars! The sushi tasted good and was brought to the table quickly. The shrimp tempura was very tasty and crispy. The only reason I have for taking a star off is the overstocked aquarium. Fix yo aquarium, sushi gen. I recommend giving away all of the goldfish to people with ponds except for two or three, adding more water, and adding some rocks and silk/live plants. Overall very good though.

We tried Sushi Gen for the first time on a Wednesday for
We tried Sushi Gen for the first time on a Wednesday for dinner. The counter is closed for dining, but there are still tables and booths available for seating. The restaurant is dark, so it took a minute to get used to the very dim lighting. No music was playing; instead there was a TV playing a cooking show that eventually timed out. Sushi Gen can do à la carte sushi, or all-you-can-eat. I asked if there was a menu that had pictures or descriptions since sushi can vary so much between restaurants even if the rolls share a name. Sushi Gen only has a picture/description menu for the speciality rolls. On the regular rolls, you just have to know what is included in the roll, or ask the server for each one. For example, an Orange Roll had no citrus ingredients whatsoever. We ordered a Fried California Roll, two Alaskan rolls, a Tiger Roll, an order of unagi, and two soft drinks for a total of $47.39 before tip. Despite there only being one 2-top in the restaurant before we arrived, the sushi took quite a bit to get delivered. Since the mini-oven (or microwave) was in the back, the sushi chefs had to walk through the dining room to bring rolls back and forth. It came all at once inside a sushi boat. Since each warm roll needed to be taken from the back of the restaurant back up to the sushi chefs and then arranged with the rest of the rolls, everything "warm" arrived lukewarm or room temperature. We only enjoyed one roll, which was the Fried California Roll. The Alaskan rolls seemed cheap, and I was disappointed they didn't have cream cheese. If the menu had descriptions of what was in the rolls, I wouldn't have ordered them. The Tiger Roll was fine, but my husband didn't like it at all. Finally, the rice for the unagi was hard, as of the rice had been shaped and then sat out for a while. We both agreed the service was subpar, the wait time long despite very few patrons, a dark environment, cheap ingredients, and just not enjoyable overall. After a 20% gratuity, the total was $56.86 which was completely non-commensurate with the experience. Would we go back? No. Would we recommend it? No. Should you skip it? Yes!

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.

Need to cancel a bid, not getting a response… how do I do it? |
Click on "Take off the Market Option" in your portfolio
Working on your bid? |
Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.
Process after bid is accepted. |
Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from? |
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
How to list a Nobu Malibu reservation
Hi, I have a reservation to Nobu Malibu, but since they don't do text or e-mail confirmations I haven't been able to get my reservation posted. I have posted a screen shot of the phone conversation on the listing, but it keeps getting rejected. If anyone has an idea how I can get it approved that would be much appreciated, thanks!

I posted a request for a reservation this Thursday between 6:30 and 8 pm and initially the potential seller said it would be fulfilled by today. Now they changed it that they will only fulfill it by 5pm that same day. Basically I would have an hour and a half to get to the restaurant. Is this allowed?

Give the best answerApp
This app is a catfish and overrun by people programming “bots” and algorithms. It makes it frustrating for someone not well versed in this to have any movement. I thought this would be a fun side hustle, but unfortunately it’s become like any other “side hustle”. Don’t waste your time with this crap. Not a question, just a suggestion. Also don’t pay these fake “gurus” hundreds of dollars to teach you. Might as well sign up for a software class. 😕
