Loved it! Lived in London all my life so great to eventually have made it to such an iconic venue. Had eaten upstairs so had cocktails in the bar. Hugely recommend the Lychee Coolers - gorgeous. Amazing views, relaxed vibe, lots of space, comfy seating, very friendly and attentive staff and to top it off, after we were unable to finish our last drinks (only as they were quite strong which is never a bad thing!) they were dedicated from our bill without question! I’ve never been anywhere in London with such grace and hospitality and I go out in London a lot! We’ll be back for sure - thank you ☺️

Nice for drinks
I have been here a fair few times… never had the food but hit the cocktails. They are expensive but at the end of the day £15ish for a cocktail is pretty much standard for london. Food just looks to expensive for what you would get. There is a beautiful view across the north of London which is a bonus.
10/10 not a single complaint

Great food and service
Abdul was fantastic, really looked after us. We will be back. Food was amazing. DJ was average but the vibe is great. We sat outside. The outdoor heaters really made a difference.

Went with customers for dinner. The views from the restaurant are stunning; the decoration is very nice; and the service is friendly, attentive and professional. We really enjoyed the cocktails. We had a few of their signature dishes, which were delicious and special. TOP

Sushisamba was AMAZING!! Each item came out and exceeded expectations. They were very accomodating for a dietary allergy and ensured our complete satisfaction. Benjamin was our server and was extremely informative, helpful and provided superior service throughout our experience. He is a jewel, so be sure to request him when you visit. Be sure you top of your evening with the Welcome to the Rainforest dessert!! Best sushi experience I have ever had, hands down!!

if there is anything you take from this review: DO NOT SKIP THE SHRIMP TEMPURA. it is worth every penny! so tangy and perfect and amazing and delicious and other positive adjectives. to be completely honest, for the price, the sushi is just good. it's nothing exceptional, unfortunately. pisco sour and lychee cocktail were very yummy. this is the perfect place for a fancy birthday or anniversary dinner. be sure to take pictures with your friends on the balcony!
I was prepared to be really impressed but I wasn't.
.I felt like the views here were a bit obstructed, and the fake tree by the bar (fake orange leaves) was cool and all but didn't make up for everything else. The outside bar area was quite small and not my favorite cocktail bar around. The drinks were really expensive also at 17 pounds per cocktail, but at least the lychee one did taste really good. Public (at least the group of French people we met) were pretentious talking about how they "work at finance companies you've never even heard of"...eh.

Amazing venue and food, my only gripe is the maître d'hôtel was not happy when we asked to change a cocktail (which was way too spicy) he challenged us. 5 star service is a straight up no here. However the other staff and food quality is superb!

After seeing some reviews about the restaurant and some planning, I decided to take my grandmother to the restaurant as a part of her birthday trip to London I arranged as a present, hence you can imagine that the dinner was a special occasion. We were greeted by the kind staff, left out jackets at the complimentary cloakroom and later escorted by a hostess to our table overlooking London. Unfortunately due to the rain, the outside terrace was closed but we still had the chance to enjoy the views over the city. During the booking, you get charged £40 as a deposit/no show guarantee, but it later turns out as credit for the final bill. We ordered two ceviches for starters (tuna £18, sea bass £22) and they mistakenly brought us the salmon ceviche (instead of the sea bass one) and after letting the waiters know, they brang the right one. We proceeded with ordering two rolls, one each (el topo £18, california £18) and two glasses of white wine (£20 for two), and some water we didn’t ask for, that was probably tap water and for which we paid £3.5, not a lot but still meh. Over all, the place is cute but pretty pricey and not really worth it, doesn’t deserve the hype and doesn’t look like the way it’s presented in social media. During the reservation, the client can specify the reason of the booking, I selected birthday but literally nothing happened at all, sonI don’t know what was even the point… There’s also a 14% service charge but for what service exactly? They waiters didn’t even mind when we tried to call their attention several times. Ended up paying £113 (around €130/Nok 1.520kr). I know London is a very expensive city, but after visiting 5 times, I still find this price a bit to much. Considering that I’m used to Norwegian prices downtown Oslo, I would’ve paid around £70/80 max. Will consider coming again, maybe for some drinks and that’s it.

We spent an excellent Saturday at Sushisamba. Since we arrived we had an excellent impression with the warm welcome that Genny and Katherine gave us. Thank you girls for guiding us and for your recommendations. The food was delicious and the drinks are incredible. We will definitely come back

He really gave us some incredible recommendations, stayed on top of our drink orders and made sure we felt very taken care of! Would recommend this restaurant to anyone. Not to mention the view and ambiancewas lovely.

Absolutely amazing!! We are visiting from the states and we were blown away by the service, food and ambience. The drinks were delicious, highly recommend the wasabi margarita. I was hesitant at first with it having wasabi in it but it was perfect, slightest bit of spice but delicious. I typically don't eat ribs, however I highly recommend the pork ribs. The flavor was outstanding and quality of the meat was perfect. Both rolls were perfect, Piñagi & Negitoro. Overall, this place was outstanding, highly recommend.

Underwhelmed
Visited the restaurant with our children last year but have only just got around to writing the review. Positives - amazing setting and beautiful food. Not so good - the menu is hard to navigate without guidance as you are unsure of how many things to order. My biggest bugbear however was the feeling that unless you looked ‘insta famous’ or off a recent episode of Love Island they weren’t really bothered about you. This was more noticeable amongst the many maitre d’s that were wandering around with self-important ear pieces and uncomfortably tight ASOS suits . The actual serving staff were very nice. I work in hospitality myself and feel bad writing a negative review but it was a special family night out that was somewhat tarnished by a restaurant that has perhaps got a bit above itself!

Cocktails of the terrace!
Thanks again for another great night catching up with friends. The terrace was open again and the fire pits are awesome for those still getting a custom to the British weather. Great cocktails! I'm a sucker for their mojito's as they are a real treat! Not to mention their espresso Marti's! We will definitely be back! The terrace has a great view looking east too!
Wowza
It can be very expensive, however, it is worth every single penny! Cocktails are fantastic with incredible Views. The lift itself is something you must experience. Customer Service was excellent too tbf , both hosts were very hospitable and welcoming. We had an excellent evening and would highly recommend this place.
Delicious, fresh, ingenious food!
We came on a Saturday for a celebratory lunch. We had the set tasting menu. Despite some of the food not being to my taste we could appreciate all of it for being fresh, very clever and delicious. Service was very good. My only complaint was we felt rushed. We weren’t allowed to finish one “course” before another was placed on the table and the table felt very overwhelming.

My friends and I visited the bar last Thursday night, and we were lucky enough to have Ksenia as our bartender. She was brilliant in recommending a cocktail to us; in fact, we were having such a hard time choosing from the menu that we asked for her help. Her expertise and knowledge of cocktails were impressive, and we were not disappointed by the drink she suggested. If you happen to visit this bar, I highly recommend seeking out Ksenia for her advice. She is a skilled bartender who knows how to cater to different tastes and preferences, and she made our visit truly memorable.

We came on Thursday with friends for lunch, and it was one of the best places we've been. Nice, cozy and beautiful environnement. Very fast service. Attentive waitresses. A separate thank you to Ksenia who took her time with us at the bar and provided exceptional service. The food was very tasty and well presented. We will definitely be back, thank you 😊
Amazing place
Went down for a lunch last Thursday. This is the best place I ’ve been in London. I recommend everyone to have a try at least once and you will 100% be amazed. Staff, especially Ksenia is well organised with a great choice of coctails and very respectful. Great service.

The experience was unforgettable! I cannot express enough how great it was! The sushi was fantastic, the meat was really nice but the ribs that were fried with a sweet sauce and the sugar in the sauce was over fried.It has a great alcohol selection. The views were fabulous. I defiantly recommend it to every sushi lover. It was quite pricey but definitely worth it! The service was great and the staff are really helpful and you can see that they enjoy their job, and again view is unforgettable and the atmosphere is magic

The view is stunning, the food is good but absolutely not amazing. Like don't go there for the food, you can find way better Japanese in town! It's a fusion inspired Japanese. The staff is nice but like almost anywhere in the UK the client care is not outstanding.

The sushi is consistently of an impeccable standard, and the gyozas we tried this visit were delicious. The service is seamless and the attention to detail is second to none. Add the view and this restaurant is one of my favourites to visit in London!

Absolutely not. I've had better sushi that was multiple days old and bought from a store. A waste of money and time. I can name 50+ better sushi places that are within a mile radius of you that are better than this dumpster fire of a place.

One of my most enjoyable moments in London!Service, great!Food + drink, great!Ambience, great!Views, great!I tried booking a reservation on a Friday night but clearly I'm not a local because this placed was packed and the reservation needed booking in advance! I was finally able to book a reservation for that following Monday. I ordered the green bean tempura, the Samba London roll, the chicken teriyaki and the lychee cooler drink. I loved everything! The chicken teriyaki was my favorite. It was cooked to perfection and tasted so good! I think after eating the green bean tempura, I realized I'm not a fan of eating foods that are prepped/cooked this way. The views, omg they were amazing. I believe I was on the 40th floor! Scary but fun. It was such a perfect start to my day. I definitely have to go back to London and visit this restaurant again! I also want to see what the bar/lounge space is like. It was def crowded and seemed like a good time.

One of the most amazing and magical places I've been in London. When you first enter the view is stunning along with the decor. The food and the service was exceptional. Upstairs there was another bar with DJ, live music and a show. Above that another restaurant. What an amazing experience.

Epic views, excellent cocktails, energetic vibe, beautifully plated food. The scene at Sushisamba is great for people watching, meeting up with friends, a date night, or just an excuse to get dressed up. The service was middling. We were seated quickly but we had about 3 different servers, we never knew who to order from, and our drinks and plates sat empty for much longer than expected. The food was...good, not great. Maybe we're spoiled living in Vegas, but I've had much better sushi in many other places for half the price. I get that I'm paying for the view and the vibe, but the food didn't stand up to either of those. The concepts were great but the execution was just okay. I did love the little dropper of soy/yuzu/other sauce they inserted into one of our rolls (again, great presentation).If they stepped up the flavors, this place would easily be a 5 but there are lots of places in this city for great views, a vibe, and better food.

. definitely a meal to remember drying our trip. The decor, the presentation and the food all was 5/5 the only thing that made me give 4 was service. Our waitress was not the nicest nor the most helpful. We felt somehow unwelcome. The waiters who brought out the food were kind but the one who took our order and was our main waitress wasn't. You would expect a 5 star service in such a spot! We got fried shrimp for appetizer it was very flavourful and good.. all the rolls we ordered were unique and fresh. Dessert was a delight to look at, explore and eat..

You arrive at the top floor to experience the view of London from the sky, the view is awesome and our dinner just made the evening perfect. The £100 set dinner is worth every single pence. Service is great , oh I forgot to mention the Rainforest ice cream, perfect ending.

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to SUSHISAMBA London at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the SUSHISAMBA London page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FulfilledThread16, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FulfilledThread16 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FulfilledThread16 for any questions Peter may have as FulfilledThread16 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FulfilledThread16 now uses their connections at SUSHISAMBA London to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FulfilledThread16 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FulfilledThread16 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FulfilledThread16's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at SUSHISAMBA London!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
