We are locals and decided to give this place another try, particularly for the stone crab. The crab was very good but the claws were small, so they threw in some other "parts". I ordered a filet and sautéed spinach, both were very salty and I had to send the spinach back. The dinner took over an hour to arrive. The service was mediocre, and the restaurant was loud. I get the feeling that the management doesn't really care as Red Rock is always busy.
Be the first to ReplyFavorite steakhouse in Las Vegas.
The quality of service is beyond superb. This is a photo of one of the off menu dinner specials-Surf and Turf. The lobster was so tender and just melted in my mouth.

I came here for a family dinner and overall had a good experience. The place is beautiful and definitely has a romantic vibe to it. Although later in the evening the music was more clubby which I actually enjoyed. We started our meal with a seafood tower which had a little bit of everything. My favorite part of the meal was honestly the french onion soup. It was so good! My steak was good but I think average with other steak houses. The dessert was definitely good and I highly recommend the peanut butter sundae. I would say the service was a little slow but they seemed to be short staff which I understand. Overall, a good place to check out!

We have been to T-bones a number of times and really enjoy it every time. Fine dinning steakhouse without having to drive to the strip. I really haven't ate anything bad there. We try to get something different every time so this time we had the grilled Branzino, my hubby had the bone in ribeye and we tried the shrimp cocktail. We also had some of our classic staples the crab cocktail which is amazing, Mac and cheese, and Cesar salad. For dessert we had the fried Oreos for the first time and they were divine. Loved them! If you're thinking about it, order it. Overall would recommend.

One the whole A LA Carte deal is just so old news! If you notice..when the food is delivered, no one at the table ooo's and ahhhh's at the empty plates containing just a piece of meat or fish. But hey..you got us for that extra $15 dollar side dish, but completely took from our culinary experience. The A LA Carte move to me is restaurants just trying to show the consumer who is in charge-Yes we know-"the house always wins"I ordered the white fish-it came skin side up. Kinda odd. Hubs ordered a steak very good. When the A La Carte macaroni did come, the cheese was broiled on there pretty good, it came off in 1 big piece. Another fail.Oscar Goodman rolled in later that night..and a lot of other Americans enjoying what American's think food should be. Just not for me.

T-Bones used to have great, friendly, professional bartenders and we came here at least once a week for dinner meetings, birthdays or just to chill. It was fun and high end place to dine and have a drink at the bar back then. Now the service is awful. Local gaming dive bars have better bartenders than these people behind the counter. Counters are not being clean, and not wipe and they serve your food with no more place mats but the unclean bar counter. It's filthy dirty sticky. They also increase their menu prices way too high but the quality of service is way to low. I would not recommend this place anymore. Bad experience.

Huge shout out to the gourmet room manager, Doug Solomon, after a snafu with reservations 2 weeks in a row, Doug had seen that we were frustrated. He absolutely turned us around and went over and above. He made our experience, world class. He is a major asset to Red Rock and T bones. We normally go to Harlos twice per week, but we will now split our time between Tbons and Harlos..many thanks Doug, also the prime rib was off the hook ! Steven

I'm alittle biased because I used to work here but I have always thought the food was so good! Thank you Eddie, the sommelier, for our welcome glasses it was very nice of you! Our server was Gene and his back server Yasin (I hope I spelled it right) - they were amazing and professional! The GM Roy was great, he stopped by a few times to check on us. Good times! They made our time perfect. Just an FYI they don't do bread baskets anymore but you can ask for a small one. For apps, we got the tuna tartare I LOVE tuna tartare but I wasn't a fan of this one. It was missing something not sure what but the shrimp cocktail is always good. We got a steakhouse salad to split (it's their signature salad) that was pretty good, and even split was still pretty good on size. For dinner, we ordered a ribeye med rare (cause if it's not med rare, what are you even doing?) we split that as well. Their ribeye is AMAZING. So freaking good, never a miss. For sides, we got a garlic mash, mac n cheese, and spicy creamed corn. My fave was the corn it had the perfect kick not too spicy. I will say, steakhouse mash potatos I'm not that big of a fan because I like texture in mash and they are usually pureed but the flavor was good! The Mac n cheese is you guessed it cheesy. Delish! Now the BEST part...... dessert. If you DO NOT get the warm butter toffee cake, then your visit is not complete. This dessert (and I cannot stress it enough) is like no other! So freaking good, so warm and cozy, just amazing. Obviously it's my favorite. The fried oreos are great, can be too sweet, but still very good. We had such a great evening! I recommend this restaurant, but you gotta try it for yourself.
Be the first to ReplyTruly one of the best dining experiences we have ever had.
Starting with drinks before dinner, that were excellent. The food and service were impeccable. Perfectly cooked steaks and great side dishes. Can't wait to go back.
Be the first to ReplyMoved away from Vegas in 2016.
Back then, T-Bones was a reliable favorite. Rock solid. Moved back recently and tried T-Bones again to find it very much the same. Very good food, excellent, very competent service, and a sure thing for a nice evening out. Four of us met for dinner on a Saturday evening. Up front, the music was blasting--something I don't remember from visits here five years ago. But we were very happy to be shown to a smaller back room where the noise level was good for dinner and conversation. Our meal started with the seafood tower, which is frankly still one of the very best in Las Vegas. Our server thoughtfully volunteered that ordering for three would suffice for our party of four, particularly as we intended to order main courses. The tower was chock full of very fresh, delicious seafood including jumbo shrimp, beautiful oysters, lobster and crab, all expertly cleaned, shucked and ice cold, served over mounds of crushed ice.For main courses we deviated from the typical all-steak plan and ordered the fried chicken, some filets, and a variety of sides. Everyone at the table agreed it was perhaps the best fried chicken we'd had in Vegas, beautifully seasoned, juicy, and served with an outstanding sage sauce on the side. The filet was close to perfectly cooked, at just the right medium-rare temperature with a crusty sear. Sides of spinach, creamed corn, and a cheesy gnocchi were all very well done and enough to share. Wine selection was extensive and reasonably priced by Las Vegas standards.Speaking of standards, that's exactly what T-Bones is. In a city of dining ups and downs, T-Bones remains a solid, reliable, delicious standard.

After speaking with Joe from guest experience he offered my neighbors to come back and make things right.. This time they had a wonderful dinner and were very happy with their dinning experience. Thank You Joe for taking care of them.

Warmly greeted by hostess and manager and seated promptly. Gene was our polished Server and Michael was our Somm. T-Bones has an extensive wine selection with a wide range of prices and varietals. Gene shared the house specials which included stone crab claws. The (complimentary) bread basket includes five (fresh and crusty) types of bread and butter. Friend ordered the Fall Harvest salad, it was ample for 2-3 people as an appetizer. (One of the largest gourmet salads I've seen in a Vegas restaurant.)I ordered the Bison filet prepared medium with Au Poivre. It was amazing. The exterior and interior were perfect. My friend rarely eats meat; however, I shared a bite and after encouragement he tried it--- he exclaimed it was delicious too. The wild mushrooms were a great side dish and paired well with the lean flavorful Bison. The truffle gnocchi was covered in cheese (while tasty I'd probably skip it next time due to the amount of cheese and cream.) Service was impeccable. Gene and Michael were attentive, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. We'll revisit soon as it was a 5* evening. Thank you to Gene and Michael. Notes:Reservations highly recommended. Ample free parking. Inside Red Rock casino.Venue is elegantly modern with amazing center room gas fireplace. Upscale dining. Staff is very professional and dressed in formal attire. Great variety of creative / gourmet side dishes. Moderate prices for entrees. T-Bones is stellar venue for special occasions. The bar is massive and was very active.

.......scrumptious! From the attentive service to the three-course meal. Appetizers of seafood hot and cold were extraordinary. My steak was cooked just so, just for me. Every bite had me wanting more. I have been here for happy hour prior to my dinner engagement. The happy hour had delicious drinks and outstanding bar food. The drinks tasted more like a mixologist made them, with perfection. The mood is always great with areas inside and out, that feels so intimate. I can't wait to go back!

While at red rock in Summerlin this will be the next steakhouse to go to. Great service as well
Be the first to ReplyThe good: $14 The caprese salad was amazing.
Pretzel bread with butter is amazing. Free bread but must ask for it. Salmon was good portion size. The bad: I sat at the outside bar because it was a nice night. My experience was ruined by cigar smokers at the end of the bar blowing smoke my way as I was eating. The service was okay. Nice waiting staff but you can tell they are understaffed. Waited too long just for bread to be served. $49 salmon was very fishy tasted. Almost like it was flash frozen and defrosted. I expect better taste for salmon at that price. Next time I'll go to Costco and buy the salmon there for cheaper if I feel like that fish. Overall: I know they can do better. I've been here before and had steak and swordfish. Maybe that's really what makes them. The meal I had this time was a total of $78 with tip and it okay.
Be the first to ReplyCame here recently to celebrate my anniversary.
Had a great dinner with attentive service. My eyes were bigger than my stomach so the bill was a little higher than I had wanted. Loved the shellfish tower done two ways and the aged prime beef that's a treat to have once in a while. Would have loved to get a tomahawk steak but its a little pricey and the wife likes her steak a little more well.Pretty full at this point and could have passed on the sides that were about $15 each. We enjoyed a complimentary dessert of creme brule and chocolate strawberries. Only dislike was that I was seated near the patio door, luckily it had little traffic. I would definitely recommend coming here again to avoid the Strip.
Be the first to ReplyThe atmosphere was almost like a club scene.
A bit louder than I had hoped for at a steakhouse off the strip. But the food was good. Steak was great!

I am a local and my husband and I went here for our 10th wedding anniversary dinner. I had high expectations, especially since the total, including tip, came to $320. I had the lobster tail. It was ok, perhaps slightly over cooked. The baked potato was a bit dry. My husband had a steak, which he said was good, and the 2 sides he ordered were just average: mushrooms and mac and cheese. The food also took a long while to get to the table - 40 minutes or so. The servers were pleasant, but everyone seemed a bit harried (not enough workers due to Covid?). For the price point, there are better places to go in Vegas. I really wanted to love it since it's close, but it was disappointing.

Service is excellent and food is amazing quality and wanted try it a long time ago BUT since we saw some BAD reviews from the Hostesses and was wondering if it was true so we decided to make reservations and we Loved the way they greet Us ( hostess ) they were smiling and took us to our table very Professional and our Server was very attentive and knew bout the Menu we ate good quality meats and drinks we recommend this Steak House for sure
Be the first to Replyhorrible service, hostesses should all be fired.
2 of us ordered family style, Ordered a ribeye and they just cut it in half (not sliced). Ordered scallops and they brought out 2 pieces. Wont be going back...spent $900 including 2 bottles of wine.

It is too overpriced! We had steak and lobster and didn't think the steaks were up to par. It seemed as though our lobster was undercooked. We were a table of 10 and won't be back.

There is not much to say here, this place will knock your socks off. Appetizers included the crab cakes (no filler) and the house baked breads. The steaks might be the best in Nevada.

Review of the outdoor lounge: loved this mellow place to chill in the Red Rock hotel with a good wine by the glass menu.Food: n/a Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4.5Cost to worth it rating: 3 Return worthiness: yesHighlights:- Atmosphere: loved the big fire pit with circular seating all around it. Also little bar and tables scattered about. Bar with heat lamps was transportable heat lamps were really cool. Appreciated it wasn't crowded even on a weekend evening. - TV in the middle to get my love for chilling with a drink and sports watching to converge to make it a happy place. - Waiter: super on top of us and greeted us when we came by. We had my kid with me so wasn't sure if we'd get glaring eyes at us, but he didn't even flinch so I greatly appreciate that. Helps that it's a hotel and my kid is mellow and just sat there reading his book.- Wines by the glass: I was very excited they had French champagne on the menu and for a reasonable price.Midlights:- Seating has dividers between the circular couch I believe for drinks, but it's harder to get cozy that way.- Menu format: couldn't find a current one online to peruse so had to wait for the physical menu to read by phone flashlight.Lowlights:- Hours: only open til 10 on weekdays and 11 on weekends.- Happy hour: 3-6pm only had a few drinks on the menu and none appealed to me. Not sure if they have hh snacks as well. Loved this spot and will definitely be back for more drinks fireside with the game on. I'll need to try the steaks too as my boys are connoisseurs.

Discrimination?? I was at T-bones tonight after hiking with my friend and looking to enjoy the happy hour. We were in hiking attire and base ball caps, which I guess may be against T-bones dress policy? We were immediately told that we could not sit at the bar in bar ball caps and were ushered outside. I was very confused because I was just at T-bones with my husband less than two-weeks ago and was wearing a baseball cap and wasn't told that we could not sit at the bar. I feel that because of our dress, T-bones did not want our business. I frequent T-bones on my date nights and also enjoy happy hour at the bar with my friends regularly and I feel that my friend and I were singled out because we were in shorts and tank tops. The manager also had a lame excuse for our rude treatment. I understand if that's a dresscode violation, but I was never told that was the case and there was a woman in the dining area with a baseball cap on that I saw when I went to use the rest room. Shame on you T-bones for pre-judging me and not giving me any kind of reasonable explanation for my rude treatment while your hostess just rolled her eyes at me. I will definitely look at other dinner and happy hour options in the future.
