The Coconut Club Singapore Reviews from The Last Year
Expected more….
In principle, the food is OK. But if the main course comes first, then the starter and then the cocktail, then there is something wrong with the timing. Friendly staff.
Michelin starred Malaysian
It is in the Kampong Glam neighborhood which has some cute shops and graffiti street murals. The young wait staff were laid back and served my niece her meal 10 minutes before mine arrived and forgot that we had already ordered dessert. The upstairs dining room had a pleasant airy ambiance. I enjoyed the lemongrass iced tea. The pre-fix lunch was $38 ($25 US) which was a good deal. In particular, I liked the Nasi Lemak which is coconut rice with fried egg, chili sauce, fried anchovies, and peanuts on the side. My niece liked the coconut cake (meringue based and no coconut flakes) which I did not love.
To return calmly!
It's a shame that we were there in a hurry, as we had a return flight and arrived at the venue late. Very nice place inside with friendly and smiling staff. But above all the food was good with the excellent Nasi Lemak! If I returned to Singapore I would definitely stay here again!
Amazing food and service
Our first meal in Singapore. Amazing food and service as well as great atmosphere. The bar has been set very high indeed!
Appalling rude service. Very Shocking.
Very terrible service. Came in from different entrances with my friends and the waiter says do not cut queue. Wrong choice of words but that is fine. Request to sit at the end of the communal table and that waiter says that is for 5, do u have 5? What kind of attitude is this? No basic respect at all for your customers.
Amazing 🤩
Amazing food and service, best Nasi Lemak in town 👌🏽 and don’t forget to drink coconut shake there, it’s delicious too 🤤🤤🤤
Great local food in trendy spot
Great local dishes, very nice atmosphere in trendy Arab street neighborhood. We also enjoyed the very good service, tasty drinks. One of our favorite places for dinner for us in Singapore
Not the best
Overpriced for what you get- the quality and quantity of ingredients do not justify the price. Chicken was scrawny with little meat. The rice was the best thing. The upstairs room lacked atmosphere.
Friendly and attentive service. Great food too!
Jovin was a welcoming host who gave us good menu advice. Her team were all friendly and helpful. As we left it was about to rain and she gave us an umbrella from lost property-above and beyond! Delicious food and refreshing beer and coconut water.
Pretty and tasty
Lovely dinner - 2 adults and a 5 year old. We sat at the sharing table. Food and drinks was delicious. Yes it's pricey but it super tasty, nice environment, friendly staff. We finished the meal off with gelato from Birds of Paradise next door, and walked around the streets near the mosque.

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
