Excellent Hotel in Las Vegas Downtown. Best!
The hotel was very good. Kevin at the reception who checked us in was a great person. This hotel has so many restaurants, cafes, bars, and clubs, it was unimaginable. This is the right place for a party. The energy and vibe were so busy and full of people any time of the day and night. Parking was given to us by the Hotel as complimentary which was really good. Their Pool & Spa was very good too. Their lounge was very nice too. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay downtown. Next to the main party and other hotels. I would definitely go back again. The view from our room was amazing. We took the higher floor facing the street and strip and we got the view of the Bellagio Fountain which was amazing. The bathroom is very spacious. The beds and pillows were perfect. Everything about this property was excellent.

IF YOU WANT TO PARTY IN A ROOM THIS IS THE PLACE. No, noise disturbance policy, they ask you to Lower the music. A room next to us had music blaring on a Sunday at 11:09 pm and the solution was would you like ear plugs. Went to front desk to complain manager said that they offer several solutions and ear plugs is one of them.
Be the first to ReplyGood hotel, bad housekeeping.
Nice hotel, good situated on the Strip. Valet, bell service, check-in and check-out went flawless. The restaurants we tried (Blue Ribbon, the Henry, Wicked Spoon) had good service and food. BUT, housekeeping is poor, practically non-existant. During the 5 days stay, the room was only done once, despite calling Housekeeping several times. No clean towels, messy room, dusty room. Cosmopolitan is slipping fast.

Beautiful and glamorous hotel. Staff are very friendly. Easy check-in and checkout with no lineups. Used the luggage storage for the day we left which was great! Housekeeping needs improvement!!!! Found hair on the towel rack which was there for the entire 5 days of our stay. Dust on the night stand for the entire 5 days. We had overflowing garbages, hair clogged shower, no towels, hair all over the floor. Called the front desk several times, they advised us that housekeeping comes daily but they don’t. They only came once during the 5 days and that was when I called and complained. We never put the “Do not disturb sign” on the door for the entire 5 days. There is a fridge in the room which is a bonus but it doesn’t stay on for longer than 2 hrs at a time, you have to keep pressing the button. The shower does not have glass doors; there’s a shower curtain, very surprising for an upscale hotel. The design of the shower causes water to leak all over the bathroom floor, so we had to use dirty towels to soak up the water leakage. I went to get ice from the ice machine one morning when I found 2 people sleeping on the floor in front of the machine. I called the front desk, they sent security who confirmed they were homeless people. Maybe installing a scanner in the elevator for hotel guests to scan their room key to access the floors so others don’t have access would be a good idea! I’ve seen this done at many hotels. Considering this is a 5 Star luxurious hotel, I expected a little more!! Overall beautiful hotel but definitely needs improvement in many areas!
Be the first to ReplyUpscale but housekeeping needs improving!
First appearance of the hotel is a modern state of the art hotel. Check in was very simple, no line up. Staff are very courteous. Unfortunately, the housekeeping is a huge issue in the hotel. Our room was cleaned once over a 5 night stay. We had to call down for towels and for our room just to be cleaned. We had overflowing garbages, bathrooms that were not cleaned from previous guests. I was shocked that such an upscale hotel allows this to happen. We used the bell desk to store our luggages the day we checked out because our flight wasn't until the evening. The attendants were amazing! For coffee drinkers, there is no coffeemaker in the rooms. Not sure if this is standard in all Las Vegas hotels but there is a Starbucks on the first floor. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but they definitely need to improve their housekeeping!
Be the first to ReplyBeautiful hotel, but housekeeping could be improved.
It was a nice hotel, with a great restaurant selection and easy access to the Strip. I felt that the service was good, and the employees were very responsive and friendly. My only complaint is that the housekeeping was not up to par. Our bathtub had not been cleaned from the previous guest. They sent someone to clean it, but it never really looked clean. The daily housekeeping was very light - things remained dusty. I did not feel that the room was as clean as it should have been. I tipped generously but never got great service there. Otherwise, it was a nice hotel.
Be the first to ReplyGeneral Overview
Reserved a Terrace Room (kind of mini suite) with living room. Comfy bed, nice couch, built in desk under TV, mini bar. Everything was nice and comfortable. The view with a terrace looked out over the Bellagio fountains. That said, Bellagio was doing construction and had we been staying more than one night, I would have requested we be moved. The jackhammering, trucks reverse beeping, sawing was going on all day and night- so unable to use the terrace. We requested and recevied a refund of the resort fee due to the inconvience which it seems they were unaware of. This is a Marriott affiated hotel so not sure if they accomidated because of our membership status or for the inconvience. The shower & hot tub were together and had a window to the Bellagio view. Nice size. The hotel is expansive, with a large casino and two floors of restaurants (one more expensive than another) so if you are looking for a reasonably priced meal look elsewhere. Even the small Newstand stores that carry incidentals charged $15 for a beer and one soda! There is supposedly a place called Secret Pizza but we didn't have time to visit. Ordered room service for breakfast (eggs, bacon & toast with a side bagel for one and coffee for two was $68 (included gratuity) but still wow! So a very good for the hotel and casino but really a 2 for the super expensive experience.
Be the first to ReplyTop Notch Hotel
Top Notch Hotel! The only place I stay at when I’m in Las Vegas. A beautiful property with all of the amenities. You have to check out the chandelier bar and barbershop! I would like to give a shout out to Zoe, Tia, and Ali for the world class service I received during my stay. They went above and beyond to meet all of my needs. Thank you,
Be the first to ReplyGreat location, starting to feel stuck in the early 2000s
Stayed here on a girlfriends trip. We loved the convenient location on the strip, and great view from the room. The breakfast is also very good, though if it had not been included in our Amex platinum benefits, I would have found it overpriced. But the hotel overall is starting to feel tired—like it’s stuck in the early 2000s and hasn’t been updated. It does not feel luxury, especially in comparison to the Wynn. Room and hallway decor is dated, and the spa looked underwhelming. The lobby Starbucks is convenient, if crowded, and there are lots of food and gambling options directly on property. I would most recommend the gym, which is expansive.
Be the first to ReplyFirst time stay, but not the last
This was the first time staying t the Cosmopolitan. Hear many great things from the rooms to the food. And they exceeded my imagination. The front was great, they gave me the opportunity to ask questions about the hotel and where things were. The room I had was in the tower closer to the strip and the view from my balcony was jaw dropping. I had tried the fried chicken at blue ribbon as its advertisement kept tempting me. It was delicious. And the Spaghetti at Scarpetta is fantastic. Parking was a little confusing as some areas were reserved for a different part of the hotel, but they had a lot of stalls for everyone. All in all, I’d definitely be back again. Hopefully real soon.

This hotel was top notch. Rooms were fabulous, and bathroom was reminiscent of a private spa. Full of amazing artwork in the hotel and the room, Great views of the strip, great location along Primo Row hotels. Multiple restaurants onsite with fabulous food. Top acts visit, nice bars and clubs too. oh, and there's also a casino if you were wondering ;)

Stayed for the third time in a queen fountain view room. Everyone was so friendly. Ariel at the front desk was very helpful. Got an early check in and a late check out. Gambling was fun but no big wins, Tried Monofuku for the first time. It was OK. I loved Jaleo. Highly recommend the Golden Steer Steakhouse on Sahara Blvd West. We enjoyed the hot pool at the Boulevard pool. Weather was ok. Rained two days out of six. Will definitely go back. Love this Hotel!

Beautiful and glamorous hotel. Staff are very friendly. Easy check-in and check-out. Used the luggage storage which was great. Housekeeping needs improvement - 1) found hair on the towel hook in the bathroom, was there for entire 5 days. 2) dust on night stand for the entire 5 days. 3) We had overflowing garbages, no toilet paper, hair clogged shower, no towels; when I called the front desk I was advised they are to come daily but they don’t. We never put the “do not disturb” sign on our door for the entire stay. There is a fridge in the room which is a bonus but it doesn’t stay on for longer than 2 hours, you have to keep pressing the button. Be the first to ReplyRoom never cleaned despite calling multiple times
I stayed from 2/27/23 to 3/2/23, booked a fountain view suite. After first night the room was cleaned early that day. However, after the second night, despite the fact we left the room around 8 AM and we came back around 4 PM, the room hadn't been cleaned. I had called 3 times to the front desk, even complained to the manager, and waited almost 90 minutes and no one was sent to clean the room. I finally got tired of waiting after a long day, I wanted to come and take a nap before going out for dinner. Not what I would expect from a supposed luxury hotel, staying in a suite and being a Marriott Platinum member. On check out when I complained about it, they could care less. Not staying back in this hotel ever. I had better stays and service at the Aria Hotel and the Waldorf.
Be the first to ReplyAvoid this tired and dirty hotel
Avoid this hotel! It is dirty, noisy and needs updating. I stayed there for 5 days on a conference /business trip On arrival, the room was dirty with an overwhelming odour of rotten eggs. An alternative room was offered but this was a significant downgrade with no offer of compensation. The surfaces were dusty/stained and the carpets had food debris in them. I requested that the room was cleaned properly on several occasions but the issue was not rectified, despite complaining directly to the front desk. Room sevice was impossible to arrange, the in room dining calls were not answered, and late checkout to 1pm was flatly and rudely refused. The facilities and restaurants otherwise are below international standards and even local standards. The staff were rude and dismissive. Many of my friends/colleagues stayed at nearby hotels and had a very different experience.
