The Farm Inn Solihull Reviews from The Last Year
Love it
Absolutely wonderful meal as usual. Love this place and food is amazing. Really like the specials menu such good choices.
Place to be in the summer
Extremely busy pub, especially in the summer. Great food options and loads of outside seating, including a patio with table service and garden benches
Just fab!
Great Sunday lunch excellent service and fabulous food. I opted for the sea bass from the specials and it was delicious. My husband had the roast pork and my son had a great pizza. We are so lucky to have this great gastro pub on our doorstep literally!
A wonderfully relaxed lunch experience for all the family.
Such a great lunch experience today with my family (6 of us aged 16 to 86). The service was impeccable - friendly, patient, helpful and professional. The food itself was delicious and beautifully presented. This was our first visit to The Farm in a while and we’ll certainly be back again soon.
Definitely a must try
Was in the area and decided to pop in for a bite to eat, food was great, really tasty and generous portions. Staff friendly and helpful
Quiz night
Great quiz night. Fantastic quiz master. Very helpful when you needed advice. Food value for money. Worth a visit to have a go
Sunday meal with family.
As always we all had excellent meals, there were 8 of us. 5 adults and 3 youngsters. All the food was fantastic, our waitress was lovely and very helpful, a very good afternoon early evening.
Great experience
Lovely meal, great choices for gluten free requirements and always great service from the bar and the waiting staff. Many thanks
Manager Dan swore, saying “sh*t” - very poor
I work next door to Farm. I went for lunch, ordered a cold wrap and 20 minutes later it hadn’t arrived. I asked long it would be, Dan - one of the Managers? Said it was on its way. I waited a little longer, by this time I had to return to work. I asked for a box to put my food in. I said the food took too long, Dan quickly became aggressive. He swore at me- saying “this was sh*t” a colleague of his with blonde hair was with us. I said to her “you heard that” she defended him. I paid and left feeling very shaken up by his reaction. Very unprofessional and poor customer service.
Great Staff Team
We thoroughly enjoyed evening out with friends at the Farm. Service was excellent & we were made to feel really welcome by the staff team. Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely attentive to our needs, regularly checking in with us and serving the food very efficiently. The meal was delicious and beautifully prepared. Special thanks to Isaac for taking such good care of us and making sure we had the best evening. Would highly recommend.
lovely visit
Nathan & the team really looked after us so we had a stress-free evening as a family. The sea as was cooked to perfection & the pizzas were really tasty. Nice atmosphere and really attentive staff :)

Prepaid Reservation Fee

When you sell a reservation that has a prepaid fee AT takes a commission on that fee. This doesn’t really make sense because it’s an expense the seller incurs not part of the profit that is shared.
For example:
Carbone NYC fee to book table for 2 is $108.88
If you sell it for $200 on AT you get $140 from them.
Your net profit is $31 and AT collects $60 in fees.
It would make more sense not to charge commission on the upfront fee as this creates a disincentive and results in higher costs for buyers.

Agreed. Ultimately not addressing this month after month is clearly resulting in a drop in certain venue’s rankings & sales.
