Unfortunately, the experience is that you are robbed at The Jane in Antwerp. An organic juice menu for € 115,- the man and you are not even told this politely. They tell you about these juices, but not what it costs. In addition, expensive bottles of water are placed on the table unsolicited, without me even asking for this. Then they say that with the desserts you can choose from sweet or sweet, in this case cheese, but if you choose cheese, you have to pay more. You will not be told that either, no, it will simply be stated on your invoice. It leaves a nasty aftertaste, especially if you are robbed by a drunk chef.
Great food, but disappointing experience
Great food, but overall disappointed by the experience. Food served with empty glasses or even no glasses on the table. When there is a 30min gap between meals(or 1h30min for aperitif) I would expect a refill but this never happened in the end I ended up ordering an additional glass of wine(also a small serving).In the beginning of the dinner, 4 bread choices were available, by the end of the evening only the dark bread remained. Between meals, the cutlery is swapped, but on occasion this was forgotten. Overall not what I expected in a 2 star restaurant, but I would go back just for the food!
Top notch fine dining

Chef Nick Bril Terrible Attitude When Handling Issues
I would like report a Michelin 2 Stars restaurant named “ The Jane “ in Antwerp Belgium. The service has not been provided and negative attitude when they are handling the issues. Also, I would like to provide the screenshots of emails that I’ve communicated with the chef Nick Bril who charge the restaurant. You will definitely recognize how they treat the customer terribly when the customer reported an issue. I’ve highlighted all the sentences that made me feel offended. Please see the attachment.

I bought a resy for Tatiana By Kwami and when i unlocked seller lied it was for a different restaurant

Submit a refund request and your seller will either give you a refund or fix the issue. Could’ve just given you the wrong confirmation but still have the reservation you want.
