A good steakhouse
A good address in the center that reservations are recommended The waitress was attentive to our needs, quite speedy so a little distracted on certain requests but very pleasant The meat was good and the requested cooking was respected.

The food was excellent and brilliant service. We had the venison steak and salmon steak which were freshly cooked. The staff very friendly and efficient.

The attention, the atmosphere and the luxury food. We reserved several days in advance. Exquisite dishes and perfect quantities. The best gastronomic experience in the place. No frills but very correct. Highly recommended without a doubt.
Overpriced and not worth the hour+ wait - avoid
Not a food establishment I would ever recommend. The only positive thing about the night was the lady who served us, who was very friendly, helpful and professional, yet I imagine she takes a lot of the brunt of the complaints this restaurant must get. Firstly, we called to book a table for 3 at 6pm and were told only 5.30 or 6.30 were available. We arrived at 6.30pm to find ONE other booking in the entire restaurant, a table of 8. Multiple items on the menu were out stock, including the special (ribs), a burger, certain beers and more. Upon ordering we were told it would be ‘a bit of a wait’ for our food, and in total for our food to arrive, for 3 steaks, it took an hour and 4 minutes, in a restaurant with barely any diners in it. The quality of the food does not match the price, and for a steak that costs £20+, this does not include basic add ons such as mushrooms or onion rings. And to add onion rings as a side, it’s almost £5 for a simple side dish that is made out of onion and batter! One steak was charred on one half and tasted burnt, and the sauce with this meal was a jelly like consistency, which differed to the others who had the same sauce. Chips are poor. There was also some confusion when bringing the meals out about which steak was which. We overheard another table who arrived later complaining about the wait, and the same table left 80% of their food before getting up, discussing something at the bar and leaving. We clearly weren’t the only disappointed diners that evening! Overpriced and not worth the wait.
Worst place ever
Worst service I’ve ever had. Firstly we waited an hour and half for our food to arrive! After pleading with the waiter multiple times to bring something for my 2 year old son he finally brought some pasta to the table after an hour and 20 minutes! We then ordered desserts this took another 40+ minutes when we decided to just leave because it was getting beyond a joke! They then refused to fill my sons bottle up with milk because they needed it to make coffees.

We were told it would take some time for the food to be cooked, which was perfectly understandable. But it took over an hour and the ribs on one end were over cooked. Ironically, if the chef had taken less time, we would have been happier all round.
Amazing
What can I say about this little gem 💎 of a place. We were here on Saturday night and ordered a steak and ribs . Both plates were full of so much meat it was great. Everything cooked fresh and great quality 😋. Are server was absolutely amazing such a lovely woman. Hats of to chef my partner said it's best steak he has ever tasted and the ribs where definitely worth it wow we will definitely be back highly recommend everyone to go

Lovely restaurant. Food wonderful. Best burger I’ve had.. Wine was perfect. Staff were very friendly. What’s not to like?!

If you are looking for a great place to eat then look no further than here. The staff are very attentive and always have a smile on their faces. The food is to die for. We went on a Saturday night and were so impressed we booked again for the following Friday. Word if warning. BOOKING is essential as it is so popular
Worthy Michelin star/Hidden gem Fort William
Fantastic food & staff & those that know me well know that I truly appreciate all that every member of staff do in any business. Sometimes folk don't get the appreciation they deserve. So a big thank you to all the Team tonight at The Stables. Ben, Nicola, Molly & Phillip were all amazing, helpful, friendly, fun staff & Andy is such a woww, amazing chef. Can't forget young George, the real worker in the kitchen who works so hard & Storm, the dog. As always we were last folk out restaurant but totally recommend xx

Your bid has been “matched” with a reservation. From the time a reservation has been located, the seller of the reservation must connect with moderator to give transfer information for reservation. If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
How to delete listing?
Hi I uploaded a reservation but no one has taken it. I would like to delete the listing so that I don’t get charged the no show reservation fee. And also delete the listing how can I do that?

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

I am having a tough time contacting and elucidating a response from AT Support. I had a listing at 6pm, which was a mistake as the actual listing reservation was at 11pm. This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this ! Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
