The Vine Room Naples Reviews from The Last Year
One of my favorite and one of the best craft cocktail
One of my favorite and one of the best craft cocktail lounges in the area. Chartreuse in nearby Bonita Springs is equally on par. Vibes are swanky, whimsical, speakeasy-esque, and transportive. Feels more like a high end lounge in a major city than a Naples, FL haunt. Cocktail menu is extensive, highly-creative and pricey. Management is often attentive and inquisitive of how your experience is. TVR turns grabbing a craft cocktail into a fun, imaginative, and whimsical experience. Great place to treat out of town guests or for special occasions.

Ambiance is terrible, music so loud it assumes you are there with such dull crass people with nothing interesting to say unless it must be screamed. Drinks concocted by kindergartners who just graduated from finger painting and now think it's not much different, just throw together uncomplimentary drink sources for some fools who would drink any cool aide thrown at them bc hey the lights are low and the music is loud so it must be you that's the problem and not the garbage drinks. It's a PASS Never again
Incredible ambiance- loved the booths.
Definitely recommend getting a reservation for a table. The drinks were fun and innovative! We tried all of the unique ones like the smoking treasure chest and the message in the bottle. Delicious and entertaining!

What a blast! Service was great and so were the drinks The tables were a bit close... but it's a speakeasy... it's supposed to be like that and it's fun getting to talk with your neighbors! It's definitely a place to bring your friends
Unfortunately, we had a bad experience on our first visit.
One of the waiters dropped some plates behind us and covered the back of our group of 4 with some type of red sauce. Unfortunately it stained my wife's new top, but the assistant manager, Teddy gave us his card and said they would take care of it. We reached to Teddy via email a few days later, but he said that the owner refused to do anything about it. His exact response was "unfortunately we do not provide insurance for guests personal items within The Vine Room. We understand accidents happen, and we hope you are able to resolve this issue." Very disappointing since he stated when it happened that we should not worry and that they would take care of it.
I loved this place.
Amazing cocktails, atmosphere, and service. The Espresso Martini was my favorite. There was a sense of community here. I watched servers and guests interacting and it was like they were family.

What a great place! Our friend Eric brought us here- it was our first time. And yes, it did impress. With excellent tapas dishes and the "wow" drinks and martini's- this is truly a hidden gem. If you are on 5th- you must stop in for a drink. The staff is so friendly and as I said- the tapas and drinks are worth your time. I loved the vibe and I am sure you will too
Popped into The Vine Room while on a business trip.
Great speak easy venue, the service was excellent, our server was great. The ambiance was fun, good music and great drinks. We went there to grab a drink and tried their signature cocktails. A must see if you're in the area.

This little speak easy is a fun little stop for craft cocktails and appetizers. I have never had the opportunity to have a full meal there yet, but it's definitely on my to do list. The ceviche is off the charts excellent. The bartenders are wonderful and if you can get a seat at the bar you need to do that because they are wonderful to converse with. The service is great and the drinks delicious. The eclectic decor sets the mood as a fun bubbly place to hang out. Great place.

I booked a booth at the Vine Room and I immediately loved it! The entrance door looks like a speak easy in New York City. A little bit hidden. We have been welcomed amazingly by the host, she is smiling and truly happy to take care of us, amazing guest service. We ordered a good Chateau Margaux wine and the glass was huge and generous! not expecting that at all! The lounge is really nice, private, exclusive. Loved every moment of it. I will come back. Good job!!!
Worth a pre-meal cocktail visit
Swanky/pricey cocktail/appetizer place on 5th Ave. Decor/vibe pretty cool and drinks tasty but expensive, only to be outdone by the few appetizers ($40 for the charcuterie tray)they have. Worth a pre-meal cocktail visit, but not a re-visit.
If you're looking for the BEST craft cocktails in Naples,
If you're looking for the BEST craft cocktails in Naples, GO HERE. I have been to EVERY craft bar in Naples and Fort Myers and the competition is not even close. When I meet someone visiting from out of town I recommend this bar every time. The drinks, the presentation, the decor, the service, and the atmosphere; all 10/10! Some of my favorites are the "clover club", "my hands are tied", and the "message in a bottle".
The drinks are great and perfect! The $40 charcuterie board
The drinks are great and perfect! The $40 charcuterie board was a surprise with small portions for its price (5 apples slices, 8 pieces of meat, etc). Cool place to go and experience but it is costly ($30 a drink) and has a limited food menu. The wagyu sliders over the board....get three they are awesome.
The “Vine” needs water… bad!!
The Vine Room Experience is over rated, over priced, & underwhelming! We finally popped in to see what the “rave” was all about. Being in the hospitality industry for years and years I didn’t anticipate the “plastic vines” and an ambience that did not hit on any level. You couldn’t hear any music, the bar tenders- every one of them need training in engaging with their customers at the rail. Our bartender in particular was blatantly rude and egotistical. I don’t mind paying $$$ for a fancy drink or app, but then the ambience and service better exceed expectations to make it worth it! This team needs some training and expectations set! We won’t be back because our favorite bar tenders reside at Del Mar, Aqua and 821 Bistro and the teams at these establishments create the ambience and the “want” to make you return time and time again!

Awful service! I was treated tonight that I was second class citizen by the wanna be blonde hostess. #ladyinareddress
Wonderful evening for drinks at the Vine Room
Very chic, well imagined, executed space. Service was professional, very engaged team, thoughtful and helpful. The drink menu is well crafted and the drinks were fabulous. Very charming space, nice oval bar and several soft, comfy booths for conversation. The holiday decorating was like something out of a Hallmark Christmas movie, truly well designed and festive. Tapas style plates are available as well with wine or craft drinks that bring you back in time. Highly recommended.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.

Can come from a lot of places, people who don't want to get charged their cancellation fee or people who just have them and cant go.

almost all restaurants aren't affiliated with AT and I'm guessing it's mostly people wanting to not pay cancellation fees.

Reservations could be posted for a variety of reasons. Most likely, the person who secured the reservation can no longer attend - to avoid accruing a "no show" fee, they can find someone to take their place.
