One of the only two places you can get VEGAN butterbeer.
The other place is at the Leaky Cauldron at the other park. The secret is to get your butterbeer here instead of at one of the carts outside. If you wait outside the line is super long. At the Three Broomsticks, we hardly had to wait. Inside, the aesthetic made you feel like you were really in the Harry Potter books. There are also a lot of ledges just outside the building to sit, enjoy your butterbeer, and take in the scenery.

If you can post time for rides then why can you not post wait times for food? An hour and a half to wait for food when the place is less than half full is ridiculous.

I got the Fish and chips and everything was good, except that one of my battered fish was just battered and had NO fish in it, and it was very crunchy and overcooked, and when I asked the waiter if I could have some more tartar sauce he said that he would get me some and he never came back.

My daughter and I are big fans of HP, so coming here for lunch was wonderful. Our food and butterbeer were delicious. Definitely recommend!!!
Be the first to ReplyA great place to get some breakfast as the line wasn't too
A great place to get some breakfast as the line wasn't too long and you can order child portions if you're not feeling too hungry. We got the continental breakfast which came with a lot of juicy and fresh fruit. And the traditional English breakfast which is perfect if you're craving something savory. Everything was really flavorful and delicious. And I love that we could just order butterbeer from here instead of having to wait in line outside. I've tried the frozen one many times but after trying the hot one, that's my new favorite.

For theme park food I was actually really pleasantly surprised with how tasty the food was how big the portion was and how much it cost. I had the traditional English breakfast and it was a LOT of food and it came out hot and fast. It was a croissant, sausage links, potato slices, grilled mushroom grilled tomato a slice of ham and some blood sausage and eggs. A TON of variety on one plate. I had never had blood sausage before so it was actually a cool treat. The meal came with a complimentary croissant and butter beer which was delicious. I'm a HP fan so obviously loved the decor and dining experience. It's a lot of fun. Highly recommend.

My family and I had lunch at the Three Broomsticks on our second day at the Wizarding World of Harry Potter last month. The line outside looked really long, but it moved pretty fast, and we were seated at a table within 10-15 minutes. The longer wait was definitely for the food (30+ minutes), so I wouldn't necessarily pick the Three Broomsticks for a meal if you're in a hurry! My mom is vegan and had the Mushroom Pie Platter (stewed jackfruit and mushroom pie served a side salad); my stepdad and I both got their fish and chips. The fish and chips were pretty good! And my mom enjoyed her meal here better than her vegan meal at the Leaky Cauldron the day before. We also tried the pumpkin juice and the pumpkin fizz, which were really tasty and fun! Overall, it was a pretty good meal. And there's nothing like having a meal in a place you read about in Harry Potter!
Be the first to ReplyHorrible experience Ordered food at 1010 AM Because lunch
Horrible experience Ordered food at 1010 AM Because lunch would not start until 1030 AM Brought it to the attention to 2 managers Adrian and Sarah that at 1040 am that we haven't received our food yet both managers gave me the same explanation because it was spring break and their receipt machine was not working and we are the busiest restaurant in the park. Only 6 people waiting in line by the way. My responce was if that's the case how come the people that ordered lunch is getting there food. No responce. I ask if I could get one of the lunch platters on the counter they said no because you ordered breakfast. Finally got my cold breakfast at 1102. Unable to return or get a refund. These 2 managers all of a sudden were not available. All I can say is WOW what an experience.
Be the first to ReplyI had a great time here coming in for lunch on a Thursday.
The space is tight but enough. You don't really get your own server and you order everything you want on the app. You can download the app or scan the QR code and order the food and they deliver the food to your table. No need to crowd with other people to figure out what to eat. I was parched by the time the food came having ridden on a few roller coasters already and with the hot and humid Florida weather, ready for my next butter beer - this time, frozen. And I think frozen butter beer was way tastier than the normal kind. The chicken was a little dry in some areas but mostly juicy. Potatoes and corn were delicious. Felt like I was having a mini Thanksgiving meal which I really enjoyed.
Be the first to ReplyGreat place to grab a snack or a meal in IOA.
Their fish and chips are definitely the best thing on the menu. You can't go without sitting outside to watch the velocicoaster go by or to grab a drink at the hogs head!
Be the first to ReplyAmazing customer service and amazing food.
Huge shout out to Jenny who went above and beyond in sorting out an order made by mistake. Jenny managed to work with her team lead and manager, Jessica to process my refund. Jenny, thank you for being a star #uofistbump

Be the first to ReplyLet me tell you something if you adore Harry Potter you
Let me tell you something if you adore Harry Potter you really must come here to eat and drink!! Wow I have eaten here for both breakfast and lunch and both times did not disappoint at all. For breakfast I had the English breakfast and now I know this dish might not be for everyone because of the blood sausage but hey I'm a really adventurous eater and if that's how they eat in the movies I'm gonna do it like them too!! It was quite delicious the eggs were nice and wet just how I like it the croissant was nice and buttery and the sausage was great the tomato was a nice Touch as well I think the bacon was a littleUnder cooked because you know for me I reallyLike crispy over cooked bacon but hey it was still delicious. The atmosphere of the place is what makes it really special you really feel like you're in the movies with the decor and ambiance you know like the ceiling and the furniture and the workers wit their cute uniforms it's awesome and really themed. So you just wait in line and order your food then you get a # and they bring you the food to your table I sat outside because it was a beautiful sunny day and you know me I love me some sunshine and good pics. I also had the fish n chips before which is iconic and some of the best ever. I recommend that too. Also hello duh the butter beer. Whatever you get you'll love because it's Harry Potter you know ? Hehe.
Be the first to ReplyOrdered the beef pastries and the rib/chicken quarter combo
Ordered the beef pastries and the rib/chicken quarter combo and have to say, it wasn't good. Beef pastries came out cold and weren't flakey. The rib was tough and wouldn't pull off bone. Chicken was juicy and moist, but lacking in flavor. The corn and potatoes were good. Overall, wouldn't recommend, unless you're just a hardcore Harry Potter fan who wants the experience more so than the flavors lol
Be the first to ReplyWe visited this restaurant in the park in November 2022.
Long overdue. The ambiance was great, nicely themed. The food was fairly good. My only complaint about this place is you cannot really modify your food. I asked for the fries/chips to be without any salt, but they could not do that since everything is pre-seasoned. The chef came over and explained that to me. The chef pretty much said we service thousands of people. I get it, so does Disney World and they have accommodated my requests (not over the top). I went to a Disney restaurant they accommodated my requests happily and were very attentive. I do not recall being offered a substitute, as I do not think they allow substitutes. I think there fish was good, I just wish it was a tiny bit more crispy. One thing I hope Universal can accommodate special requests or modified meals (not way over the top) over time.Overall still good.
Be the first to ReplyGreat Ambience for Harrypotter fans! It sucks, even if you
Great Ambience for Harrypotter fans! It sucks, even if you do mobile order you still have to get in line to get inside. And then when you get inside you have to wait at the table again. The food was cold and dry when it got to us. We finished our food and our drinks didn't even arrive yet. We asked the server and they told us to go up front. When we went they said we already got our drinks (when we obviously didn't). After 10 mins I went again and it was set up on a tray but they said I couldn't take it because it had alcohol. Waited another 10 minutes and went back up and finally a waitress said she'd bring it to us. It sucks. I love harrypotter but this was a let down. I think there was something off on this day. The person next to us never got there food and the people across from us also didn't get there drinks.
Be the first to ReplyTerrible food.
You're paying for the atmosphere, but the quick service breakfast was just terrible.
Be the first to ReplyI didn't want to believe the yelp reviews since the reviews
I didn't want to believe the yelp reviews since the reviews from articles rated this highly for breakfast. I ordered the English breakfast and my hubby ordered the traditional breakfast. I think the only thing I could eat was the sausage, croissant and beans. But, they were cold and if I wasn't hungry would have skipped those as well. The eggs were powdered, blood sausage dry and pumpkin juice a thick nectar sugary drink. We had to go to starbucks to wash away the breakfast. Believe all the reviews.
Be the first to ReplyThis place is very confusing.
When my friend and I got in we didn't know how we were supposed to order our food. We were told that we had to download the app and create an account to order. We got up to order at the register at 4:26. After 30 minutes we went up to ask what was going on with our order and we were told that it was first come first serve soWe asked if we could just get a refund. The cashier said she could get us our order immediately. We took our order back to our table and someone had already given it away and someone had to find us a new table.cute atmosphere
Be the first to ReplyCame here for our first meal at the park.
My partner and I didn't want to be super full for the ride, so we shared a chicken and ribs combo and we were both satisfied. I had the ribs and it was really tasty, I don't see you going wrong with it. I highly recommend the pumpkin juice, I found it to be really refreshing. Make sure to order in advance on the app.
Be the first to ReplyI loved this restaurant so much we visited twice.
The breakfast was our favorite meal of the trip. We were resort guests and went straight there during the extra hour. There was no wait at all and we had our food and seat within five minutes. The potatoes and pumpkin juice were a highlight. We also went back at lunch. The line was intimidating and we almost bailed... so glad we didn't as it only took 20 minutes. I went for the simple rotisserie chicken salad and while simple, it hit the spot. My family enjoyed the fish and chips, Turkey leg, and ribs. It was cold so we also enjoyed the hot butterbeer and more pumpkin juice (man what I would give for some pumpkin juice at home). Tip: Download the Universal app and add your credit card information before your trip. Get your food order entered while you're in line. As soon as you sit at your table, enter the table number when you sit down and your food will come shortly. I wish I understood this a little better before our trip.
Be the first to ReplyThe Harry Potter area was extremely crowded on the Tuesday
The Harry Potter area was extremely crowded on the Tuesday we were visiting, but luckily around 7:30 we found a not so bad line to eat here and we were starving. The line took about 25 minutes. I ordered the Fish and Chips and my friend ordered the Turkey Leg. It took about 5 minutes to get our food and it was easy to find a table. The "chips" were really good, thick cut potatoes. The fish was decent, just wish it came with maybe one more piece. My friend said the turkey leg was "pretty good". Our check was $36 but we had water to drink. For being in Universal I figured this wasn't terrible. For here it's more the atmosphere and the excitement than it is about the food. I won't lie, we ate most of our food, but I left somewhat wishing we had just chosen a regular, full-service restaurant.
Be the first to ReplyTruly amazing meal.
The theming was wonderful and the execution was even better. It looks like your in a building near Hogwarts. Then there's the food, the burgers are all really good and the bbq ribs were ok, not great but not terrible. The view from outside doesn't disappoint. It's not busy in the back and gives you a great view of islands of adventure, and the new velocicoaster. This restaurant is truly one of the best in all of universal studios.
Be the first to ReplyFood is a 4 or 4.
5We've been there 4 or so times and the food is good. The feast, fish &chips, ribs meal, etc. However, the wait situation was bad on our most recent trip. The normal wait to get in was fine (to get to a register). After we paid, we had to wait 29 minutes in the number 5 lane for our food. I'm not embellishing that time- 29 minutes. It is a crowded cue lane for the actual food and drinks. The lane folks were moving slow and seemed to wait on every little item though many plates were sitting under the heat lamp from the kitchen. The process was terrible. Kitchen people were providing stuff but not fast enough or the right items. The lady in front of us waited at least 15 minutes extra on max and cheese. She was more patient than I...
Be the first to ReplyUniversal has to get on the same page with dinning.
The day before we ate at The Leaky Cauldron and we had to complete our order before we were allowed inside the restaurant so I naturally thought all quick service would follow the same plan, no true. At the The Three Broomsticks we had to wait in line outside to get into the restaurant. I expect to wait in line everywhere at Universal, but this was the only line was there was 0% shade. It was so hot, my youngest daughter started overheating and panicked. Once inside we again had to wait in line before we could order our food. We order The Great Feast and 4 drinks, which came to $101. Once we ordered our food we again had to wait in line to pickup our food, at this point our kids were so worn out, I told them to sit down until our food was ready, however, they were sent back and told they could not sit down until we had our food. Once we had our food, we once again waited in line to get a table. This was also a process. Once we were finally seated, the food was just okay and cold. Overall if your a Harry Potter fan, which we are, it's just an okay choice. I didn't really think it was worth all the trouble or the cost.
