I ate here a couple times when I stayed at the Ritz, and it's overall a pretty solid and convenient dining option if you're staying at the hotel and don't want to venture outside. Solid steaks, good service, and a great selection of wines and cocktail. Although Chicago has a plethora of amazing dining options, I wouldn't mind dining here again if I stay at the Ritz.
Be the first to ReplyFood - Is quite flavorful, and better than I expected.
Tried the chicken sandwich, which was really crispy (fries were also thick cut), omelette was on point, and pancakes were nice and fluffy. Pricing is about what you would expect for the Ritz. Service - Attentive and accommodating.Ambiance - It feels upscale and nice

I was staying at the Ritz Carlton for the weekend and decided to stop by Torali for a quick night cap. I wanted to try an espresso martini. It just so happened that a couple of ladies sitting across from me also had an espresso martini, and I mentioned to my husband that it looked kind of blah. The bartender heard me and asked if I wanted him to make me a fancy espresso martini. I said Yes Please! He went above and beyond to make me a festive cocktail. It was chic and tasted delicious. I'm so glad that I decided to stop by the bar before retiring for the night!
Be the first to ReplyBy far one of the better burgers that I've had.
Obviously you're paying a higher premium because the restaurant is located in the Ritz Carlton. However, I wouldn't be opposed to going back and having the burger. I'm not sure if I would try much of the other things as I think there are a lot of other restaurants that can give you the same quality of meal at a lower premium, including the food that I had.

Impeccable Service!! Amazing lobster appetizer House made pasta with lamb meatballs was the best ever. House made mousse was extraordinary. Great value for this top level meal!

Creamed spinach croquettes were delicious and the quality and portion size of the bolognese pasta were excellent.

Quality dinner but outstanding breakfast with service and style worthy of the Ritz!Pros: Elegant, amazing service, stellar breakfast!Cons: Expensive, not for large groups.Breakfast and dinner for me and my GF this weekend. 10:30Am we get a seat and servers are prompt. I ordered a two egg breakfast and while simple everything was perfectly made including over medium eggs. I don't like hollandaise sauce but my girl got the prettiest and best made Benedict with salmon I ever saw. For dinner at 8:30 we shared grilled skirt steak frites and drinks. The steak was perfect and the fries were the best I ever had (and I don't normally enjoy fries). Both drinks were good too but I enjoyed my Mango Collins most.Desert was not to my liking as the vegan cheesecake didn't solve my cravings but even I could tell it was quality made. Its not something I would normally do but we felt luxurious that night.Breakfast per person w/ tip $35Dinner per person w/ tip $60Rating 9/10

This is our second visit for the tea service and its a really calm and luxe experience. You start off with a glass of champagne and there's a selection of 4 savory tea sandwiches and about 5 pastries. But the best are the home made scones, clotted cream, lemon curd and rotating fruit preserve. This is not your mother's tea, this is very dad friendly and the view from the glassed in terrace is the best of Chicago but away from it all.

We were sat immediately. Waiter was friendly and attentive. Highly recommend
