The restaurant is right on the seashore and I was a little disappointed not to have been able to enjoy the view, as our table was located on the other side A beautiful and friendly welcome from Catia and Mauro who also showed us the kitchen, which I enjoyed very much. We chose the Lab menu because it seemed more particular than the classic one, and we were not disappointed at all. The dishes are well executed with unusual flavors and raw materials (such as kidney or lemon and strawberry soup), strong and tasty tones that manage to exalt the palate, as well as the visual combinations. I didn't really appreciate the fact that dogs were allowed in and, although they didn't wander around the restaurant, they were continually petted and picked up by the guests even while the dishes were being served. Although they were certainly not at my table, having them in front of me I could unfortunately witness the unhygienic scenes of going from dog hair to bread or cutlery without washing one's hands. Compared to other restaurants of the same level, the mood is certainly more informal, perhaps because it is close to the sea? There is no particular dress code required and the staff is also less set up, a little hesitant.
Evening to remember
We had dinner on Saturday 13th April with my wife...we were welcomed very well...the place was nice and the staff were very kind...and I must say that unlike some other Michelin-starred hotels they made us feel at home...the chef also came maestro Uliassi to say hello at the table and this gave us great pleasure... the dishes we can say... nothing since we cannot give judgments to a person who has dedicated his life to the kitchen... we can only say good and that we had a wonderful experience...I want to say that even the mark-ups on the wines were not excessively exaggerated...p.s. the coffee was delicious...apart from everything else...

I had already heard of the Uliassi restaurant and was convinced to personally live this fantastic experience. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is friendly and welcoming. The food is excellent and of high quality, they pamper you and make you feel at ease. Mauro Uliassi is a kind and helpful person.

A starry Easter
I hadn't been back to Uliassi since 2017 and in the meantime an extra star was added, undeserved given the Easter dinner. We took the classic menu, all delicious dishes, the main surprise (for me, who doesn't like vegetables) was precisely the exaltation of the taste of the vegetables: for example, in the superlative dish of seared cuttlefish with chard, the cooking and spicy sauce enhanced everything to very high levels (then I discovered that there was Tabasco in the sauce, I hadn't noticed at all). If I really have to point out another dish, well, smoked spaghetti with roasted datterini tomatoes just can't be missed. The small pastry at the end was another very happy surprise, surprising flavors in every bite. Excellent service, preparation, kindness and friendliness of all the members of the team, thank you Chef Mauro and Catia Uliassi, very good, we will bring a piece of Marche excellence to our now adopted city of Milan.

For the first time experience in a three star restaurant: lunch to celebrate a birthday. We couldn't have chosen a better place. Welcoming, punctual and affectionate room service. We chose the classic menu and drank wines from the Marche region. All beautiful and tasty dishes (each dish well balanced in cold/hot, sweet/salty contrasts, the right acidity and the touch of crunchiness). Complete multisensory experience!!!! Congratulations to the entire staff (kitchen and dining room)!!! Starry cuisine, yes, but concrete and rooted in the sea and land of the Marche!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

Am confused about the payout restrictions. Have nearly $1k sitting, wanted to withdraw some and am surprised to see I can only withdraw $50. If i have to do this everyday I’ll end up paying over $90 in fees just for withdrawing via ACH which doesn’t make much sense to me. Have opened a ticket regarding this, but any input or advice would be appreciated

Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I've reached out to customer support about this several times with no response, not sure what to do in this station. Hoping someone can advise.

I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

Banned from Resy for selling reservations- Do we have a rat on our hands???
I am new to this app and started off by selling a polo bar reservation and then quickly sold one more reservation. Not long after I received emails from Resy saying all my reservations are cancelled and I am being banned from Resy for life. How could this have possibly happened without a rat telling Resy that I sold the reservation. I need some advice on this situation and let’s catch the rat!
