Fantastic hotel in beautiful quiet surroundings
Fantastic hotel. We had a duplex room. Large, neat, clean and beautiful views. Two TVs. Service-oriented staff, extremely friendly and tidy. Just the way you want it!! Super surroundings, with beautiful golf course and wellness facilities.
Excellent hotel for a green weekend.
Excellent clean and welcoming establishment. The staff is kind and helpful. The room at the appointment is spacious and well soundproofed. The seminar room is bright and its terrace overlooks a magnificent landscape. The decoration of the restaurant is tasteful and is focused on golf. The view of the golf green is relaxing. The forest allows for a soothing green stroll.

A remarkable stay in the green environment of a golf course. Room and bedding at the top. Fitness wellness with swimming pool jacuzzi saunas hammam massage and relaxation room, an exceptional set. Space for the bar and restaurant, remarkable cuisine. One of the most beautiful Mercure hotels.
Huge disappointment
What a disappointment, the staff who used to be so friendly are now very unpleasant apart from the reception. We had coffees at the lounge bar around 4 p.m., when we came for the aperitif at 7 p.m., the cups had still not been cleared, this despite the fact that between 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. there was really not much world to serve. At the restaurant, the waiter is extremely condescending, mocking and unpleasant. The dinner was good, apart from an inedible starter, a sour pâté which in my opinion had passed its expiration date for a while... How sad not to have a Luxembourg wine list (as was the case before) and to highlight more local products. The breakfast has lost quality, the thick smoked salmon full of skin and fat, the disgusting vacuum-packed scrambled eggs, the pancakes, cardboard. Not to mention the staff, who are also aggressive and do not know how to behave, a young girl leaning against the wall waits, looking at the customers with contempt. This hotel is really no longer what it was, the French management has taken away all its soul, it’s a real shame. The service is worse than in an ibis budget, what a waste. It is time to put in a manager worthy of the name who will be on all fronts (present and invested), capable of ensuring the well-being of his staff. Maybe the employees will then have a smile and the desire to work...

Excellent !! Excellent and very friendly welcome Beautiful duplex room Very beautiful view of the golf course, absolute calm!! Just improve, at the PdJ, the offer of hot dishes (fried eggs, for example, or even 'english berakfast' style side dishes (beans, mushrooms, paillasson potatoes) 3 day stay, with a very pleasant SPA too!! THANKS See you soon, if we return to LUX!!
Satisfactory experience
Not much to complain about: spacious, clean, well-equipped rooms... just a little sad the large mini bar... with a small bottle of water inside and almost nothing else in the bathroom other than a hair cap. shower (nor toothbrush, toothpaste, etc.) but these are only details compared to the great services. The relaxation part of the hotel is also very good: clean, large, well heated, very pleasant! Finally, the restaurant is also of a good standard, the staff friendly, the prices reasonable. In the end, a great (re)discovery.
really recommended
Great class, this hotel scores very well on all aspects and I don't mean just a golfer or conference guest. Despite the crowds, an ordinary tourist also receives all the attention and care and therefore quality with a short stay. The expectations of the kitchen were not high, but in that aspect everything was fine with a dish like tuna. Really an extra appreciation for care/involvement of staff.

Still as good but think of the children
I had already stayed in this hotel in the past but it was my first family stay with our children Check in was very quick Discovering the room was a real surprise with a huge family room on 2 floors As we were staying in this hotel, we were entitled to 2 hours of free access to the wellness area. While we were there, our children were able to enjoy the swimming pool which is right next door. More rigorous control of access to wellness should be put in place We had a drink at the bar… unfortunately there was an event going on at the same time. We felt a little too much At night, the hotel is very quiet Departure formalities are very quick The only downside is that there were not enough bath towels for the children. Naturally we realize it when we are busy taking the showers… we had to make arrangements. Response from reception the next day: we didn't know if there were 4 of you! Just read the details of our reservations of 1 and why the children's bed was made of 2?
Overall very good but could do better.
The hotel is very well located in a quiet location in magnificent countryside with a view of the golf course. Spacious room, with very comfortable king size bed. Lots of storage and perfect cleanliness, great shower, bathrobes and slippers. no separate toilets. The negative point is the breakfast: the salty is decent, but supermarket cheese. The pastries are industrial, very bad and no fresh fruit juice. The bread is also ordinary. Disappointing compared to the rest. The restaurant is doing well with reasonable prices and Moselle wines to taste.
Don’t bother..
Smelly, old hotel. That is the only way to describe this place. Never stay at Mercure hotels and now we know why. 1 ngt stop over on route to Austria was more than enough. The lobby smelled of cigarette smoke, it hit u as soon as u walked in, the lift wasn’t much better.. Very old fashioned, it looks like it hasn’t had a makeover since 1990. Come on Luxembourg, you can do better than this.

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.

Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered? |
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.

I believe this site to be a fraud. I paid $158 to get a reservation. Now they want my SS # and other private details in order to supposedly repay me.

I don’t know what else to do as I can’t transfer my cleared funds to my bank account. Customer support is close to non existing and not helpful. How can we keep selling here if we can’t withdraw what we have worked for. They say I have to wait 180 days. This is ridiculous!

Am confused about the payout restrictions. Have nearly $1k sitting, wanted to withdraw some and am surprised to see I can only withdraw $50. If i have to do this everyday I’ll end up paying over $90 in fees just for withdrawing via ACH which doesn’t make much sense to me. Has anyone found a way to get a question answered? From what I can tell there is no way to get in touch with anyone that works at/for AT. Other than the occasional admin posting a consultation offer here and there they are non existent. A lot of people have the same issue I have where we cannot cash out earnings. I cannot get my warning medal removed even though I am under the threshold. Sad to say but seems like AT is holding up everyone’s funds currently. Very scary and makes me wonder….Please reply if you read this admins and can help. Tried every way possible to get in touch

I accepted a bid for a popular restaurant in Los Angeles only to receive a phone call shortly thereafter informing me that the reservation had been canceled due to it being listed on AT. I of course need to subsequently cancel the reservation on AT but get this warning that my status will be negatively affected for doing so. I have a prepaid reservation, but I'm allowed to transfer that reservation to others for a price that I set (up to the total price I paid).
For selling POSTPAID reservations, do I charge the buyer the full amount of the reservation when transferring? And then the buyer pays something on top of that (which is what is listed in the AppointmentTrader listing?)
Major Issue for Seller
My money is being held hostage! Can you please remove my refund medal as I am below the 11% threshold and should be able to withdraw my full daily amount now? I have been teying for a long time to get a reply on this. Major issue for people looking to do good/right like you ask and make positive sales. Being able to access earned revenue is critical and not getting any reply is very concerning for your sellers. Lot of other people having the same issue. Once below the threshold you should auto remove the warning medals.

Just wanted to put this out there as I find it quite weird. AT will hold money if your sell through rate is to low. I find this strange as you would think that sell through rate should reflect more on AT not marketing their site well enough to generate sales. It seems weird to punish sellers for listings not selling.

This got somehow approved by AT, and a customer bought this from me for 6pm. I want to cancel this listing and refund customer , but there is no way of doing this !
