Worst Vegas experience ever! Me and my fiancé drove to Las Vegas for a weekend getaway arrived at 3pm on a Saturday the rude lady at the front desk informed me that our room wasn't ready and that "check-in is at 4pm" I've stayed at many upscale hotels through out the US and abroad and the rooms are typically always ready ahead of time. So that was a bummer after driving 4hrs so we had to wait for their text letting me know the room was ready. I received the text at 3:58 LOL I thought that was comical she really wanted to flex her muscle on the 4pm check-in. After check-in we had to travel through a maze to get the hotel elevators. The room was nice but I was expecting more for $1000 a night. We stayed in the panoramic room which I was expecting more widows and windows that actually went from the floor the the ceiling. I would've been better at the Venetian but wanted to try this hotel and it wasn't much the Aria is close probably would've been better staying their. I was charged a $1,000 "smoking fee" because housekeeping saw a half of a cigar that I was smoking at the Aria. The hotel room is enclosed with no balcony or open windows I wouldn't possibly smoke a cigar in their with me fiancé. Then no manger has called men back regarding the extra $1,000 charge. And to top it off their valet scratched the inside of my car and of course they say they didn' do it. It's a brand new car I know it wasn't there prior to me checking in. Totally mess up my trip bad experience. If you're considering this place when visiting Vegas Please go somewhere else Vegas has so many other better options then this joke of a hotel.
