Great service
Visited Zuma as we were looking for some sushi after all the tapas of Spain. We were happy we did. From the great wagyu tataki to the streak, and of course the sushi, the flavours were all there. Although a visit is not cheap, it’s worth it. Staff

Absolutely fantastic
Very nice evening at Zuma Madrid: friendly and attentive service, very nice modern setting, very successful musical atmosphere with DJ on Saturday evening and then the dishes: everything was delicious. It's not cheap but it's an experience. As a coup

Terrible service
We ordered the premium menu for €170/pax and I must say that the quality of the food was good, without being surprising, but the service was well below expectations for a restaurant of this price. We ordered the menu, and before finishing it they b

Great place ! Love it
Love this place . Food is great. Desserts to die for. Great service and atmosphere. It’s a must. The space is big and comfortable. You have valet parking and a public parking close by.
Bad acoustics, you can't talk about foreigners
Typical place for tourists, good food, touristy atmosphere, average service, given the music and the large number of tables and people it is impossible to talk and for the waiter to listen to you. Be careful, they take you off the tables two hours in
One of the better Zumas
Visited a few of their restaurants around the word and Madrid as an opinion is one of the better of them all. Booking process is simple with no questions asked (shame Rome is not the same). Arrival process welcoming and professional. Service is ex

Fashionable, but.....
Of course, a fashionable establishment always entails a series of comments that sometimes penalize the positive points. The first thing that stands out is the decoration, current and very careful. Also noteworthy is the good disposition of the staff,

The quality of the dishes are impeccable. A great selection of wine. They have a Sumiller ready to recommend a great drink. The ambience is nice. And the services are excellent.

Service is a joke, not up to standards for Zuma
I booked Zuma Madrid around 1 month ago. Called twice to tell them I will be 30 minutes late and which was confirmed. That we would be seated in the heated terrace. Arrived there and welcomed by a rude and disrispectful hostess who said “your res

Zuma Madrid - Excellent as always
Whichever Zuma around the world, they always makes you feel very special as a guest, and could not wait to be back and see the Zuma Madrid site since my first visit last year when just opened. It has a buzzing atmosphere (despite an early seating!),

Connect with users posting reservations for Zuma Madrid
AppointmentTrader is a community-driven platform where users can exchange their reservations or leverage their personal relationships with Zuma Madrid. Buyers can make informed decisions using automated seller ratings, which reflect past transactions and reliability.
Each posting on AppointmentTrader shows you which user submitted it and along with that provides a trackrecord of that user which indicates how much experience
the user has and how many percent of their transactions resulted in them issuing a refund.
If there is no user posting that fits your schedule, you can bid on your preferred time.
Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Zuma Madrid at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Zuma Madrid page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at Zuma Madrid to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Zuma Madrid!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
