I was looking for the best of both worlds - food and sunset
I was looking for the best of both worlds - food and sunset on the beach. Definitely found it here. The menu is quite diverse with a variety of breakfast items, handhelds, and plates, I opted for the burger with avocado , no bun, it was cooked well and tasted nice. I had a choice of fries, sweet potato fries or salad for my side. The salad was fresh. While I didn't have any, there are numerous desert options from ice cream and cheesecake to Dole whip. There was a long line but it moved quickly and I was sitting on the beach (right in front of this establishment) in time for sunset.

Good food, live music, sunset view, and ocean view; there's nothing else I could ask for in a romantic dinner with my loved one.
Extraordinarily amazing spot! Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner .
.. anything and anytime. Great location at Queens beach with epic vista ocean view and glorious tradewind breezes. Stopped in for a late evening smoothie and dole whip on evening and was treated to a beautiful sunset and live music. Came back for a delicious lunch where I tried their Swordfish... quite literally the best I've had in over 20 years! Juicy and beautifully seasoned! My wife tried their creamy spicy poké bowl and it was too spicy for her... went to the window and they totally understood and traded her for their normal poké which was excellent! Great prices too and a wonderful selection to chose from, including a great vegan selection. Definitely adding to regular places
The food is great.
Honestly in my opinion, they have if not the best, one of the best garlic shrimp plates in Waikiki. For it being in Waikiki, I think the prices are very reasonable. The only downside, because of it being outdoors, the chickens and pigeons are always trying to get into your food and have no fear. Also their line can get pretty long too but I think the wait is definitely worth it.
Every city should have a place like this! It's exactly
Every city should have a place like this! It's exactly what you'd want and expect from an outdoor beach cafe. Simple, good, fresh, decently priced local food. Excellent location close to, but not smack in middle of busy Waikiki. Outdoor seating right at the beach. Highly recommend, it'll be my new go to spot for beachside while in Waikiki.
As many others have said, lovely views, okay food.
I ordered the garlic shrimp plate and there were definitely some things they could improve: 1. Take a note from Giovanni's and provide an extra plate for the shrimp shells 2. Could barely taste garlic 3. Put the salad in a bowl so it doesn't become grossly saturated with shrimp sauce. Just not the best garlic shrimp, and sadly the slice of pineapple on the plate was the best part. I even ordered the pineapple cup for dessert but it was not as sweet. Which of course is just luck of the draw. But yeah I would eat here again if I was hanging out on queens again, just would never go out of my way to eat here. Oh and my friends got the fish and chips and the acai bowl and they both said it was pretty good but no one seemed excited about it lol
Lovely open air, right on the beach.
Really decent prices. The fresh swordfish plate was an amazing standout. I had asked if it was before ordering and the cashier said no, BUT it turns out the spicy ahi poke IS spicier than elsewhere on island that I am used to and I couldn't eat much of it. BUT the customer service was AMAZING - I took it up to the window where you pick up your food and explained and asked if I could get the Hawaiian Style poke instead and they changed it out right away with no problems! The Hawaiian Style poke is fresh and delicious and lightly marinated and super ono (delicious)! We were here another night just for dessert- was thrilled they have Dole Whip and Uncle's Ice Cream Sandwiches. It was a beautiful place to listen to some Hawaiian music while watching the sun set over the ocean. Highly recommend!
Not fancy, but fun.
Good food right on the beach. Perfect place to see the sun set. Outdoor seating and they even had live music.
