Just had a burger delivered and it was AWFUL.
The bun was dry and stale, the meat had zero flavor, the slice of cheese was half missing and very sloppily and lazily "cooked"...... Zero stars
No customer service here.
We walked in and we were told to oder from the kiosk. The lady behind us walked out after she was told the same thing. What happened to customer service? I guess that doesn't exist anymore!
The staff is extremely rude and unhelpful.
I can get a much better burger elsewhere, from people who are friendly and enjoy there job. If you hate your job so much, why don't you look for another.

We were order 58. I have a few complaints about this visit: 1.) Fish was over cooked 2.) Onion rings were barely warm 3.) Whooper was barely warm & under cooked. How can such a thin meat Pattie be pink in the middle! 4.) The drink area was a mess & lobby area needed to be cleaned 5.) Older people do not like the self serve order system. It shows NO Customer Service, very impersonal & puts people out of work. The only good thing was the fries were good & warm.
Shame on you BK for not training your team members properly.
I've learned how to look for security features in any bill when I was in high school at my first job. I got turned away for a 1993 legit $20 bill from the bank because they have no counterfeit pens or know how to see the security features. Yes at one point not all bills had watermarks. So unreal

Try contacting the BK regarding the fries I ordered that sat around for an hour. There comes a point where you throw away old fries and make a new batch. Tried to contact this location about the problem but hadn't gotten a response back. Looks like the nearby McDonald's is getting my business instead.

Well, one more establishment that just lost my business because they flat out said they don't want to take the order. Why you ask? Well, they will ONLY let you order through the kiosk. Even though the person was standing at the counter behind the register, folding paper crowns, she said that I had to use the kiosk to make my order. I said, but the kiosk doesn't smile and say thank you in appreciation of me coming and spending my money here. She said that corporate will not allow them to physically take the orders. They'll take an order physically if you go through the drive through, but my work truck is too big to go through the drive through. I said should I go someplace that appreciates my business then to which she said, have a good day. Not, I'm sorry.. just letting me know that they don't care or appreciate that I came in to their establishment to spend my money. There are 4 other places next door in the same parking lot I could go to and their opinion is I should go to one of them instead of helping me, especially when they were standing right at the register .. sorry Burger King.. you just lost another paying customer. Will never go here again since they don't appreciate my business, so why should I care about theirs? Hello Jimmy John's next door, who greats me when I walk in.. smiles when they help me and thank me before I leave.
I've been to 3 other BK locations in Las Vegas.
They were all trash. This place is hands down the best one. Food was hot and correct. Staff was on point and dining area was clean.
