this is my go to Korean BBQ place, however, I was disappointed this past weekend. First of all, the online times are wrong, they say they close at 12am, but in reality, they close the kitchen at 10:30 pm. I called once and asked when the kitchen closes, they told me 11pm. A few hour later, I called again to verify TWICE, just had a feeling, they said the kitchen closes at 11. Ok, cool. I show up around 9:15 pm and the receptionist tells me that the kitchen closes at 10:30 pm. WHY in the world did I get told two different hrs? It's so frustrating, and it was just my friend and I. They said that we'd have a 45 min wait and only ONE round to order. We ended up waiting for 15 min, instead of 45 min, and had at least 4 rounds to order food. As I was waiting, there was people walking in and they got told differently. I can't tell if the receptionist was being rude to us. Anyways, our waitress kept walking by us and wouldn't ask if we were okay, or at least ask if we needed to order more.
The staff are racists.
They are not friendly. They are rude. If there is less than one star to rate them, I'll go with zero.

It's a spacious, clean space with good food and good vibes! A super cute place to hangout in groups/couple. Other meats we get are shrimp, chicken, pork.

Once we were seated our waiter was very nice, but throughout the course of our meal he would forget to bring things that we've ordered. One time, he even bought out the wrong thing and we didn't notice until he walked away. Food: The menu is limited when compared to other Korean bbq places I've been to, but the things on there are pretty solid! The Iron Age steak and the marinated beef bugolgi were my favorite! The rice cakes and japchae were sold out when we went. Super irritating bc we waited an hour to get a seat. Ambiance: It's super trendy and pretty inside! The Kpop playing really sets the mood! There was a couple making out and groping each other at a table for a couple minutes. It started to make other guests uncomfortable and the waitstaff did nothing to address it.

STAY AWAY! Manager's Attitude Ruins Everything! It's truly disheartening to see a restaurant with such potential be dragged down by incompetent management and deceitful front desk staff. Modern restaurant decor and playing K-pop music inside don't mean you are the high-level cool kid. Put away your arrogant face, you are just an employee. There is another AYCE Korean BBQ restaurant only 10 minutes away, their staff are so much welcome and friendly. Try it if you have never gone, their food quality is better than the Iron Age. Here is our bad experience if you are interested to know: My friend and I called ahead of time for a reservation, and they told me just to come in. When we arrived, they told us we needed to wait 15 minutes. That's fine, so we waited. Later, I went to check with the front about our table; the front guy told me they were setting up our table, in just one moment. At this moment, everything seemed normal, and my friends and I were ready to be seated. A few minutes later, the front guy came over and told me that our table's grill device was not working. They had to rearrange a table for us. So I asked him, why not these tables? There were so many empty tables in front of me. He said, "These tables are for groups of 8." So what? We have 7 people, can't we be seated at an 8-person table? I have never heard of any restaurant that has an odd number of table seating. The manager overheard us and came over, telling us he could seat us but there would be no server to serve us because they were about to change to the dinner shift. What are you talking about? People who came in after us got seats with no issues, and now 7 people dining is an issue? The manager didn't provide us with any solutions; all he said was that we needed to wait another 30 minutes, with a very bad tone. Is this what a manager should do to leave customers who have been waiting for a long time aside? Excuse me? You told me from "15 minutes waiting" to "working on our table" to "the grilling device is broken" to "7 people can't sit at an 8-person table" to "changing shift, there is no server now" to "another 30 minutes waiting." They should reconsider the manager position. His current workability is incompetent. A qualified manager at this time would have already begun to calm the customer's emotions and prepare solutions. What about you? You just forcefully told us to wait another 30 minutes or leave. There are so many empty tables and so many waiters working. You will only make yourself look unprofessional and cause the restaurant to lose business. Don't worry; I will tell everyone on other social platforms what a rubbish manager you are.

It's evident that they couldn't care less about customer satisfaction. From the moment we walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and the manager was downright rude. Not only did they make up all excuses, but they also had the audacity to blame us for their mistakes. It's clear that they lack basic customer service skills and are completely careless about the quality of their service. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear of this place!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
