Worst customer service number! They want to get paid $20+, but can't provide basic service or take down an order! I stopped by around 7:20 PM to pick up dinner for my family. While I was ordering, the man taking my order was laughing and giggling. You could tell that he was trying to hold his laughter when he spoke to me about the details of my order. I had to repeat my order multiple times to make sure he got it correct! When I got home, I noticed that they had missed one of the items on my order, and one of the items that I requested was made incorrectly ! I called in the store notified them of the errors, and the young lady took down the details. When I stated that I received my cheeseburger incorrectly, she began to ARGUE with me claiming "ma'am you never requested your burger like that". Mind you, she was not the one who took my order. As I informed her that during my order, the gentleman was laughing and giggling in the background, and that was probably the why he didn't hear me, should be began to defend him and stated once again that I never ordered my burger like that. At that point I concluded the call because I wasn't going to try argue over a cheese burger. I think it's pretty ridiculous how someone in the service industry would argue about the details of a simple burger especially after knowing that my order was not given to me complete! Jack in the Box you need to do a better job at training your employees especially during customer satisfaction complaints!

Placed an online delivery order and none of the food that had special requests was made to order. When I called the restaurant for a resolution (because I was charged an extra $6+ dollars on top of a $7.99 delivery fee), the manager on duty Maria said she could not help me because she was not the one working at the time my order was placed. She then proceeded to tell me she did not who was working the day prior, did not know when he or she would be in again so I can speak to this person directly, and then told me I would have to come in person to talk to someone. She did not do anything to better the situation and only made it worse. She was also not confident in her responses. The reason I placed an online order is because I have a leg injury and am unable to drive. Therefore, this is ANOTHER inconvenience I have to experience because a mistake on the restaurants part. The staff needs to be trained on how to handle situations better. Terrible customer service.

Placed a small order and was finished at the screen, she said hold on and never came back for several mins as I sat there finished at the screen. Ok weird start. Then it took 12 mins for 2 hashbrown, mini pancake, and a breakfast jack. My 12 year old son said the hashbrowns were cold in the center, which I verified they weren't even cooked. Pancake was cold, no syrup given. There's a reason why this location has barely a 1.5 star rating. Guess I'll stick with McDonald's next door And fast food workers want to be paid super high per hour?? LOL okay

was lying he accused the nicest employee at the restaurant, I have been going to this Jack for years and she hasn't been working here long, yet is the kindest drive thru employee. He was obviously rude to her seeing as though I was the car behind and could hear him screaming. This girl doesn't deserve to be treated like that she's just a kid. This place is a 10/10 and I would definitely recommend coming here. If you aren't going to be nice to the people giving you your food, especially at night when everyone is tired you shouldn't go.

She does not belong in customer service. I gave her two names for my DoorDash pick up. After waiting 15+mins in line, she made me repeat the names 3 times because she does not know how to listen the first time. then she goes around and says no need for the attitude because I cannot hear you because they were dropping ice in my bucket.... excuse me but you should not be working for customer service with such nasty attitude, and she slams the window shut. Walks away and leaves the drive-thru line waiting even longer. She then returns and finally gives me the order. Heads up, giving me the wrong drink because the customer requested no ice.. instead of taking it back and replacing it, she blindly says, go ahead and take it. She slams the window again and proceeds to get the correct soda for the order. I got so frustrated with her. I told her that I would call the manager or the corporate office first thing in the morning because of the extremely rude & slow service. She continues yelling and screaming profanity. It ruins the vibe for the night.. so I continued waiting, and I asked for a manager on duty. No one to be found on site. And she continues screaming at me to move and leave the drive-thru. This is not Jack in the Box standards.. she had no respect for me, which means she won't have any respect for the future customers of this location.

Box #5481 and worst service ever they screwed up my buttery jack with tons of ketchup and mustard which I've never had on a buttery jack they are my favorite no buttery sauce here. And my husband asked for extra cheese and they gave him extra lettuce he hates lettuce staff didn't do anything to fix it and while we where there tried to use restroom but 3 guys go in one at a time they leave and then they let ho.wless guy go in not me I had to go elsewhere to use toilet. This was very upsetting and the guys in restroom I think were doing drug deal or something by the looks of them sorry to stereotype but it just appeared that way.NEVER GO To SaNTA ANA JACK In BoX ..0 sstars

Saw a sign on their window that they had boba drinks!!!! So of course I had to try one of them. I had the milk tea, the other ones was a shake and coffee. The drink itself wasn't too bad, could really taste brown sugar in it. But the boba was not good, it wasn't soft and chewy. It was more crunchy.
They only hire idiots.
..... and too broke to stock up on straws.....enough said. 1) They got my order wrong. 2) They serve drinks with no straws and NO ONE in there could find any! Wasted my time waiting for a damn straw!!!!! Make it make sense people.

I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

If the seller;however, does NOT respond to reservation transfer, then your bid is reprocessed and returns to the first step, which is connecting your request to a reservation.

Hey @EvocativeFold67, welcome to appointmenttrader! Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
