Compulsory lunch stop at rural grade 😎 A glass of grain de sel champagne to accompany the appetizer... A head cheese with unparalleled flavors. Don’t hesitate to clean your plate with homemade sourdough bread 😎 A pollack and kohlrabi and pointed carrot emulsion or a smoked pig with hay, spinach, harissa shitake in dishes 😚 A Beru Chablis, a Dame Jeanne red and a little sparkling water. A trio of cheese, small bread salad with walnuts and homemade raisins. Yogurt foam, black lemon ice cream, meringue... Coffee and homemade cookies. When we leave the country guard, we only ask ourselves one question... When are we going back? As quickly as possible 😎
Small family restaurant
Excellent food, helpful and pleasant staff! We came across this little gem by chance and we highly recommend it! The blend of flavors is excellent. We will definitely come back !

The Country Guard... His lunch is killer 😎 As appetizers, a small pollock tartlet and a fried perilla leaf accompanied by lovage mayonnaise. A katsu tuna with black sauce or a cauliflower and anchovy tartlet😚 A sea bass with bottarga sauce or a hay-smoked cocoon 😗 A small plate of cheeses: Saint Nectaire, Soumaintrain, etc. In the final a mont blanc from the country guard 😎 A flute of “Fleur de l’Europe” from Fleury or “les meurgers” from Gallimard followed by a Sancerre Exils from Domaine François Crochet before moving on to a red passetoutgrain “Les Verchères” from Domaine Marc Rougeot or a Côte de Nuits “Les Essards” from Domaine julien

We remain hungry
Superb setting, very trendy creative cuisine, short circuit with a vegetable garden 20 meters away. Fast and efficient service. The dishes are good and particularly well presented. A nice wine list, but all at excessive prices. For lunch, a single menu at €35 + supplement for certain dishes, all excluding drinks… To our great regret, we were left hungry, the content of the dishes being really very very minimalist, see photos.

A must-visit place! Evening menu a little expensive but worth the detour. It's very good. Very pretty restaurant with a huge and super well-kept vegetable garden.
Eating at the Garden
Very nice location. We were there in the evening. The atmosphere was great on the terrace next to the garden. Only one menu but great quality with local products. I can only recommend it!
Gem
What a gem this is! We happened to drive past and had a delicious meal in this former railway building that has been converted into a sustainable farm restaurant with greenhouses and an organic vegetable garden. They serve tasty and fresh dishes, with ingredients from the region or from the vegetable garden. We had a three course lunch for 35€.
Country
I went there at the beginning of July with my husband, we ate extremely well. We were well received and the place was delicious.
