First it was a big event so they were super busy Then it was the printer didn't print the ticket Horrible service and they weren't even apologetic about the matter. They are an acting as if we are in the wrong! The manager has a nasty attitude!
If we ever hit Nashville again, this is our first stop!
After a long travel day and a long day coming up the next, while staying at the Hilton Downtown Nashville we wanted something close. Can't get much closer than this. Conceirge recommended. We went rather early (530ish?) and were floored. I expect reservations would be in line for dinner hour. We were seated in a corner booth and were greeting by our wait staff (Dylan) which was outstanding. From our first cocktail, to appetizers, to dinners with an incredible wine suggestion, dessert did not disappoint either! The staff was incredibly attentive and explained each menu item to perfection. The meals were A+, and just the right serving size. I'd list out what we ate, but would rather you experience the menu and meal for yourself. While it was a pricey dinner (we didn't skip anything), it was one of the best dining experiences we've had in years, if not forever. I am hard pressed to remember one that may have topped it. If you're in town do yourself a favor and indulge in this landmark. Save the bbque, beers and regular joints along the Broadway corridor for another night!

Great lunch special! You can get 3 courses in a nice quiet atmosphere. Great after all the “noisy” places on Broadway. And this is just steps away.

What an amazing meal on Valentine's Day! Started the meal off with appetizers. We got the giant meatball and grilled Octopus to split! Absolutely delicious! For the main course I got the special, Scallops with couscous. To finish the meal off we split the chocolate cake! Everything was amazing from start to finish. Our server was outstanding, attentive but let us enjoy our meal!!! Overall an amazing experience!

It was done perfectly! The dirty martinis were fantastic and our service at the bar was superb. Located just off Broadway, it's a perfect location for visitors too.
Weekend trip
The service was exceptional. The calamari and wedge salad were great. The bolognese and lobster bisque were average. All wine/cocktail options very pricy.
Food was excellent! Service was very slow.
We waited forever between entrees and refills. The i aide is a bit odd. The comics all over the walls mades it feel like your not in a high end restaurant at all! I probably wouldn't go back anytime soon
Best Dinner
Wonderful service and phenomenal food! The steak was the best I've ever had and the Mac n Cheese was delicious. Will definitely return.
Very disappointed in this one.
We ordered the calamari and it was a very sad excuse for one especially at $22. In addition to this I ordered the lobster gnocchi which was horrible for $40. I got four pieces of lobster and some awfully dry gnocchi in addition to this the sauce was spicy and not that flavorful. The salad was fine but there was barely any blue cheese overall, you cannot find a single item under $20 all you're paying for is location not for quality of food. Do not go here.

Update: Management (not sure if I can use his name) followed up. Extremely nice guy and was very concerned. Took all the time in the world with me on the phone and made offers to reconcile. I didn't want any compensation since the food was fantastic but just that he took the time and called was enough for me! I will definitely retract my original statement and as long as they will have me I'll be back! I called in at 4 PM to see if there is room for a walk in and the girl who answered was very nice and friendly. Walked in and was impressed with the establishment visually. I was alone and went straight to the bar since my wife was at a conference. Bar tender was also very friendly and I thought we hit it off immediately but unfortunately he was very frazzled. Why? I have no idea. It was 4:30 P.M. and the restaurant was barely 1/4 full. Still he was cool to this point. Ordered a straight up martini and the glass once served was only 1/2 full because he used the last of the vodka in the bottle to make my drink. I figured he would open another to fill me glass but nope, didn't happen. The rest of the vodka that was supposed to be in my glass was on the floor because he accidentally dropped the bottle prior to pouring my order. No big deal there. We are all human. We had a small laugh. But again he never filled my glass. I ordered my filet and lobster with a glass of wine and it came to me timely. Everything was perfect. Loved it! Food was fabulous and I had absolutely no complaints. Cooked perfect and presentation was spot on. Up to this point I was very happy. I think the manager came up to me and asked if everything was good. She was very friendly and I was appreciative of the concern. Bam! Wow! What a turn for the worse during the first minutes of my dinner. Totally ignored from this point even though I was at the bar and they passed me 50 plus times. I couldn't be more obvious I wanted another cocktail after LITERALLY 40 minutes. I was very subtle at first but as time ticked I was more and more obvious to no avail. No I was not inebriated in the slightest. When 40 minutes passed with an empty glass (along with the patron to my left) I complained nicely. It wasn't received well. I wasn't rude and neither was their response really. Just a tone with no concern whatsoever. It was just clearlyunderstood by their attitude and their service afterwards you can't complain even a little. Clearing empty glasses and wiping the counter seemed much more important to them than another sale. When I figured I was shunned I had to hold up my credit card and the bill up in the air for at least 10 minutes before the girl (not my bartender/server) closed me out. They walked by me many times with complete obvious intent to ignore me. I was stunned. It was obvious again they shunned me. The bar at this point was pretty full but no where near to capacity. No reason for the bad service in my opinion. I have no idea what I did. I am a 25-30% tipper but left nothing. I felt sick not leaving one but had to make a point. I'm sure they didn't give a second thought about it unfortunately. I just don't get what happened. I left confused because I am a very well liked person. I will not be back. I guess I should have read the reviews first. So many complaints. It's not the food in my experience. It's the people working the bar.

Everything was absolutely perfect from service to food to atmosphere. We started with phenomenal oysters and very good lobster bisque. We both then had wagyu, I had the fillet and my wife had their special wagyu lasagna. The fillet was of course incredible and perfectly cooked. The surprise was the lasagna. Never have we seen wagyu lasagna on any menu which of course made it more special as we love trying new things. However what the chef did was more than just elevate lasagna, it was the most incredible innovative lasagna we both have ever had. Of course I had to try it as she said it was the best ever and she was correct. Our son also had a mishap when he broke a glass and he was so embarrassed. I have neve seen a staff do everything better than perfection. First they recognized he was upset and they took care of him first making him laugh and making it clear they were not only not upset it was nothing. They truly acted as if it was there pleasure to not only take care of it clean it move all our stuff to a new table just in case there was glass that could hurt us. Then after we moved it was like a nascar racing team they cleaned changed and picked up all the glass and made sure there were no shards. Taking customer service to a level we didn't even know existed. That service was also present from the moment we walked in, throughout the meal and right until the moment we walked out. An amazing dining experience that was special in all ways. A huge thank you for everything but most of all treating our son as if he were all their sons which was simply incredible. Almost forgot incredible mocktails and cocktails as well. They were different and innovative as well.

Having been here several times andI always have a great meal. I usually go earlier before the place gets noisy and the lower Broadway antics start taking shape. Service, food quality and ambiance all deliver. Stealing the 5th star is what I feel is pricing. You want to charge we $70 for a steak ok, as long as it's cooked and seasoned perfectly. You want to charge me $16 for mashed potatoes or green beans I thing that's a little frothy. Yeah I know I shouldn't expect a dollar menu, but come-on
I wish there was an option for zero stars.
I ordered their special Wagyu steak, which apparently most people don't order because the meat was spoiled and rancid. I sent it back and they replace it with a New York strip, which come way overcooked and incredibly dry. Could 't even get it right when given a second streak?!? Unbelievable. When I spoke to the waiter about all of this, he told me that the chef said "he checked all the steaks yesterday and they were all fine". Maybe it's just me but, I'm thinking you might want to check 'em daily, before you cook 'em? Especially a Wagyu streak (the most expensive on the menu)! I mean, COME ON!!! This is "The Palm" in Nashville and they screw up two steaks in a row?!? Says to me that that they just don't give give a shit. Sad. Any recommendations for a good streak house in Nashville?
An all-round lovely evening
We had a wonderful evening with excellent steaks and good wine and a fantastic waiter (Marcus) who is learning German and we had a lot of fun together that evening.

For the price point, this is not a good meal. Bread basket is good. Wedge salad is good. The bone in rib-eye at $79 was terrible. No flavor profile at all. I can honestly say a Longhorn steak is better. Got some of the old school Palm sauce (which they charge you $4 for) and it helped a tiny bit. The service sitting at the bar was good. Polite and got everything I needed. It was so dark you couldn’t read the menu, though. Everyone had their phone lights out. That’s just ridiculous. With drink, bread, salad, and steak + tax and tip my bill was $140. For that price I was extremely disappointed.

This place smells like a rat’s a$$hole. There is a putrid garbage dump smell on the street in front of the Palm that wafts into the restaurant. Manager doesn’t seem to care how disgusting this is, I brought it up they didn’t care. The place literally stinks!

Wonderful! My parents are visiting and we have wanted to go to Nobu Malibu for years. I tried getting a reservation myself but it was next to impossible. So glad I was able to buy a reservation on appointment trader for a decent price!

Fabulous Lunch
I was veeeeeerry skeptical that this would work, particularly at a restaurant as hard to get into as Nobu Malibu, and it was perfect! We had lunch outside on the patio and it was fabulous!

Ok at this point I've attended a reservation purchased on AT by a friend and sold a reservation personally. Both worked pretty smoothly, nothing sketchy about it. A few areas for improvement including a way to more directly communicate between buyers and sellers, but the app always seems to be in development. AT customer support is really(!) responsive and helpful too if you have questions!

As a seller, I like the fact i have the ability now to transfer money out of my AT account and into a bank account. Makes getting the money much easier then the process before.

Whose name will my reservation be under when I arrive at the venue?
It can be under your name or a name you choose! Some reservation offers already include the AppointmentTrader Transfer Service which will transfer the reservation in to your name. If its not included you can add it on after buying the reservation for a small fee. One thing on that though: As many reservations become available at last minute, taking a reservation in someone else name is quick and great for privacy. Most reservations on AT are listed with a virtual phone number, so all you need to do is present the phone number at the hostess stand and you are good to go!

Once the reservation is in your portfolio, you definitely own the timeslot, the review team would not have approved the trade if the reservation wasn't confirmed - so you are going :-) Judging from your post you bid today and are going tomorrow - don't worry as long as you initiated the name transfer, you are good - the transfer service has to work with the opening hours of the reservation team of the respective venue. You will likely see the transfer confirmation a couple hours before your reservation time.
Where do the Reservations on AppointmentTrader come from?
Mostly from people who don't need their reservations or appointments any longer. AT has no relationship with places listed and acts as a platform connecting buyers and sellers making sure that listed reservations are real and that privacy is not compromised when transacting.
What happens if my bid expires unanswered?
Hey @FluffyStar64, thanks for the question! When you place your bid the amount gets transferred in a deposit account, the second you either cancel your bid or a few minutes after the bid expires the funds are moved back into your main account from where you can refund it to your payment method or use for other transactions.
