The Pool at ARRIVE Palm Springs Reviews from The Last Year
Fun Experience At ARRIVE!
My husband and I stayed at the arrive hotel in Palm Springs for one night and it was a fun experience. The rooms were very comfortable, and came equipped with a fire pit on the patio. Parking was very easy, and was close to many restaurants. Special thanks to Kruz whom assisted us with 6 cases of wine we had purchased in Wine country.
Rude staff and dirty pool
This place is a huge pass for me moving forward. I'll start off with the basics. The pool was filthy. Hot tub less filthy, but still dirty. May 7 filthy pool. May 8 was cleaned up. May 9th really disgusting dirty. People were sticking to the sides of the pool to avoid the dirt and no one was really swimming. Do what it takes to keep a clean pool. If it takes having it serviced every day do it. You are overcharging as it is with the ridiculous fees and rates. Upon checking in on May 7th the lady at the bar (that's were you check in) had an unwelcoming and poor attitude. I asked her if they do anything special for birthdays the reply was not really but I can look on the site. Real helpful (sarcasm) . The blanket in the room was very-very think. I asked for another comforter since the first one I consider a thin blanket. What was brought to me was a comforter that was ripped up and not that clean. Seriously? Arrive staff thought this was an acceptable thing to bring to a guest? Cut to going back downstairs and asking now a different girl at the bar for a comforter and showing the rips. At first she said they are getting it again with an attitude. Now at this point I've been there less than 30 minutes and met two rue staff people. Not a good look. She then tells me they don't have anymore comforters. I ask if they will have more tomorrow and she says I can check back. I'm sorry but the attitude was gross and unacceptable. Then we see the pool guy with a comforter for us so front desk lady lied to our faces. He attempts to give it over the gate and I ask him to walk around since he was about to hand it not only over a tall gate but there was a tree. The second comforter was also dirty. I won't be going back there. Almost zero amenities no free coffee in the AM and a dirty pool/hot tub and rude staff--not worth the money or the bad vibes.
Incredible Service, Memories of a Lifetime
I had the most wonderful time celebrating my 3 year anniversary with my husband last month. We came on a crowded day and my husband forgot to make a reservation for us at ARRIVE, but they understood our situation and were able to squeeze us in. Jessica and Amanda were especially attentive- they helped us pick just the right cocktails for the occasion and even gave us some great recommendations for dinner, as my husband forgot to reserve that too. I can't thank them enough for making our special day in Palm Springs such a treat.
Mother’s Day weekend
Love staying at Arrive! Rooms are clean and comfortable with all the amenities. Super chill pool vibe with great drinks and all day brunch from the pool bar. Get the Avacado toast! Great location with coffee shop, ice cream & gift shop, and the best sushi across the street. Easy Lyft to downtown.
Great visit and staff
Our family loves to stay here any time we are visiting Palm Springs. Ruben was so polite and helpful, he even gave us great recommendations of places in the area to visit! Great visit! If you are in the area and get a chance to check out this hotel we recommend it!!!
Palm Spring Holiday
Everything was just great. Room was clean. There was no noise even though the swimming pool was straight in front of the room. Relaxed atmosphere. We would go there again.
Fantastic stay in iconic ARRIVE
Couldn't be happier with the whole experience. We had a patio room with our own fire pit for evenings outside. Enjoyed the pool area with excellent food and cocktails. Great location, coffee on site too!
Great Stay at Arrive Palm Springs
We just returned from a stay April 27-May 3. The property is absolutely beautiful. Room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. Shower was roomy and water pressure very good. The rooms have plenty of privacy, with a small courtyard containing a sofa and fire pit. There is a fully stocked mini-fridge that kept drinks nice and cold. Service was excellent, with the whole staff being very friendly the entirety of our stay. The pool bar doubles as the front desk, so staff is essentially pulling double duty. Jessica in particular was wonderful. She provided excellent service both behind the bar and on "front desk" duty. She was able to provide great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. She and manager Paul addressed a small concern we had with our room quickly and professionally. The food and drink at the pool bar are both very good. The property is located within walking distance of several great restaurants. The downtown area is about 2 miles away, so walking distance for some, a short Uber or Lyft for others. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay here again on a future stay. Thanks to Arrive for making our first Palm Springs trip very memorable.
Relaxing couples experience
Kevin is an amazing bartender, took care of us the whole afternoon. Great service by the pool , would definitely go back again!

Stayed at the Arrive do we ate here a few days during our stay. Brunch was delicious and pretty healthy which is always a nice bonus when those two factors come together. Staff is pretty good, I think it's a small staff so it's not always the fastest. The patio is absolutely beautiful though

Anthony and the team did a great job of turning an initially disappointing customer service experience into an excellent experience at their restaurant. I'm very grateful for his responsiveness and customer-centric approach. Because of his engagement, I highly recommend this restaurant and will be back again. Thank you!
It's the pool, bar and restaurant inside ARRIVE hotel.
Loved it! Great service, fun vibe and good & drink. I visited in early November (Sunday-Tuesday) when the temps were a perfect 85 degrees-ish. I could see it being crazy-town during other times of the year, but it was low-key when I was there. Service was excellent and I never had to wait long for anything. Enjoyed a few meals by the pool (it's not a regular restaurant with numerous items on the menu, but what I had was good and satisfying.) I enjoyed the pool and the overall experience... 5 stars

Awesome food, great pool atmosphere, and the service was grade A! Late checkin was super easy and the staff was very approachable.
Drinks were great! All good was tasty, except the Caesar
Drinks were great! All good was tasty, except the Caesar salads we got. Lettuce was old, not ideal.. even if it wasn't old I wouldn't recommend it. Biscuit was great, eggs we got were all correctly cooked. Servers were attentive and sweet. My drink was the Eastside and it was really good! Beautiful spot, and great vibe and energy.
Nice place to hang out for lunch in Palm Springs.
Palm Canyon is located inside Arrive Hotel, we did not stay in the hotel. We came in for a family lunch and ordered several dishes to share - fish tacos, shrimp cocktail, quesadilla, ceviche and a few more. Food was good, classic American rendition on Mexican classics. Shrimp cocktail was very nice, with nice large shrimp. Service was good, a little on a slow side here and there, but overall we enjoyed Palm Canyon. Pool side restaurant, casual setting, classic Palm Springs decor, but would make it a bit impersonal for dinner. Food: 4 stars Atmosphere: 3.5 stars Service: 3 stars Tips: Great for lunch Casual setting Located inside Arrive Hotel Sit by the pool Plenty of street parking usually Hotel parking available
You have to know what to order and what to stay away from.
AVOID the Shrimp ceviche. First of all, WTF. Also, it's more of a soupy shrimp cocktail. Just no. The shrimp is not fresh and it was warm. Little Gems salad HAS POTENTIAL. The gem greens were a bit tart(old) but the super green/fresh ones were good . Ask for extra dressing. I love shaved radish so it was a great addition. It def needed a crunch to it. I LOVED the guacamole and chips. Fresh avocados and chips were perfectly salted. Apple Zinger smoothie is the PERFECT green juice. Ginger in it adds a nice spice/kick to it. Ingredients are pre made so you can mix and match ingredients. Fruit Stand Fruit was topped with lime and light tajín. PERFECTION. The light coconut shreds added such a great flavor to the fruit. Normally i'm súper against anything coconut in my food but i was pleasantly surprised. I'm also latina so any type of chile on my food/fruits is a must. Order without if you want plain fruit. Margaritas have an amazing blk salt on the rim that's so different and go damn good. They carry 1-2 Añejo brands so if your like me and don't want a bad hangover upgrade your marg and u won't be disappointed. Can't go wrong with the traditional bfast to kick off your am. Hash browns are delicious and bacon (I ask for crispy) and eggs are great. I recommend asking for the salsa mexicana that comes with the Huevos rancheros for a great and delicious flavor. The country toast was perfectly toasted and had a great flavor. i hate bland bread. Service - The staff is great and attentive to your needs around the pool. Brian was our server two days in a row and he was great. Ambiance - Chill, adult vibes. Not rowdy or dirty like nasty ass Saguaro. I still have nightmares from their purple rug and hot/overly packed pool. DJ- starts at 12Pm on Saturdays.
